This hotel is anything you want it to be so quickly and so nice that it is an experience all in itself. The staff can not do enough for you. We had room service outside normal hours and it was brilliant. I found my best wine on sale too. Wow. All this and electric car charging too.

Beautiful design and excellent staff service.

From outside the hotel looks like a very small and dated hotel in the middle of a residential neighborhood. But once you enter it is amazing. The reception is in the older part of the building while the rooms, restaurant and spa are in a completely différent and modern building. Rooms are ultra modern and comfortable. Spa is okay: staff is friendly and means well but the configuration does not allow for relaxation. You can hear guests in the hydrotherapy room while you get a massage. But other than that it is a great hotel, highly r commend it.

This hotel was amazing! The lobby was traditional Spanish and so cute! The area our room was in was modern and had gorgeous art everywhere. The room was ultra modern with a black out shade by the press if a button. I hsd been on the go for seven days straight thru Ireland and Spain, so to relax in luxury was wonderful.

Very modern room in a classical-looking hotel. We spent only a night, so practically only used shower, slept and had breakfast. In all aspects we could examine - this hotel is spotless. We had a very spacious room and we could relax and sleep well, which was the most important thing for us. We checked-in after 1am (after coordinating with the hotel), and we were welcomed in the best imaginable way, including a full tour of the room features etc. Also - had the best bacon and eggs EVER. Recommended!

Sara, who was working at the front desk when I arrived, was definitely one of the most helpful receptionists I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She provided me with maps of the city and recommendations of places to have dinner and drinks before the show I was going to see. She even helped me arrange transportation for my departure the following day. The hotel is conveniently located just about 5 minutes walking from the Plaza Mayor and theaters. It's a precious property, adorned with beautiful, modern decorations. The room was immaculately clean and breathtakingly beautiful! Bed was very comfortable. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

We were ver y happy to open the traditional street door and step into an incredible blend of new hotel and aged grand interior. The staff were wonderful and the stay was unexpectedly enjoyable.

The hotel is an interesting mix of ancient and modern. Our room was modern and very comfortable. My husband said the shower he took was the best shower ever. The staff was helpful and kind and one of them accompanied us to our room when we checked in to show us around the room and demonstrate how to use some of the bells and whistles (blinds, light switches, shower). The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is the kind of hotel where you wish you could spend more time. We look forward to our next visit.

Hotel design is a mix of the old and new. Great design. Very good rooms. Location easy wlking distance to the centre.
