No air conditioning it didn’t work we was hot

Staff were great. However, housekeeping did not clean our room during our 4 nights stay.

The pillows where not great and there was no microwave almost like we are forced to go to there restaurant to east..

Very convenient, nice staff

Affordable spacious,clean rooms. Casino has changed since I was there last but still nice. Perfect for a nite out.

Upon my arrival, there where no luggage carts available. My room on the tenth floor smelled like weed, and it was non smoking. The places to eat are very limited and not open very much. There are no close places to eat. The ice machines where all broken. I was supposed to leave on saturday, but I was so disgusted that I left a day early.

Amazing hotel

The property was great but the staff at the bar and food court were pretty rude

To sum it up, we arrived at the hotel after 3;30am due to flight delays and my room was cancelled (although I had been in contact with the hotel during each delay, I had my reservation guaranteed with my card and the hotel had preauthorized one night’s stay on my card).

Huge room at a great price. Largest hotel bathroom we’ve ever had. Beds were comfortable and linens luxurious.

We were originally put in a room in which the air had not worked since May. Maintenence came up to look at it and said we needed to change rooms. He said he would tell the front desk. I went down to switch rooms and we were accommodated right away.

The rooms are wonderful would be nice to put a microwave on one of the floors

Perfect

The room was nice with a great bathroom and large deep tub. Could be cleaner in bathroom around tub and shower. Bed was ok. Coffee in room was not good at all, but there’s was a machine downstairs by check in.

Nice stay

While the hotel itself is quite pleasant the staff are very unfriendly. Also, the fact that the only restaurants are in the casino area.

The property is great as always but the alarm clock going off at 8 AM in the room next to mine wasnt at all what i paid for.

It was literally the best hotel ive ever been too! The beds were AMAZING, it had big tvs wich is an absolute MUST for me and the bathroom..omg the bathroom. It was PERFECTLY done and my family and I really enjoyed the deep soaking tub . Literally tge onlyyy thing i didn’t like was that they allow smoking but other than that everything was absolutely perfect
