Just did not like the cigarette smell.

Check-in was smooth. Good conversation with a very friendly receptionist. Room was nice. Pillows were a little firm for my taste, but still okay. The room next to us had a family of at least four and we could hear every. single. thing. We woke up two hours before our alarm to the kids screaming and squealing, and the mom telling them to wipe their butts, put pants on, etc. Check-out was fairly quick, but detatched, lackluster. We weren't asked how our stay was, just given our receipt and sent away.

I wish I had known no restaurants except one pizza place and one burger place would be opened on Thursday. I would have chosen to stay elsewhere for the price of this room. Casino people very nice and friendly though

Everyone was friendly, room was nice and Mexican wonderful. Concert venue was awesome.

This was a short stay before going to our final destination. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The best part of the stay was our dinner at the Brew Pub. Our waitress was amazing. I can’t remember her name though. Sorry about that. All in all a good stay even though we didn’t win anything gambling.

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. Would not turn on at all. Staff said maintenance would fix it in the morning - which would be after we were already gone. I'm sure they were fully aware that it wasn't working when they gave us the room.

It was all top shelf from check in to check out. Room was very nice, bed was perfect.

Even though we booked our room in January when we arrived the hotel was overbooked. We were sent to another hotel. We were told it was better than the Ameristar but it definitely was not. Due to the time it took we did get to eat supper before the concert

Great place! Very clean, easy parking. The place looks brand new, although I understand it is 25 years old or so.

Made my reservations through Expedia and was kinda punished for it Expedia promised Valet parking and microwaves in the rooms.. I was informed that Expedia lies. My Mother must have a special diet, thus the need for the microwave. So to make her stay comfortable I had to buy one for the room! and no I dont need one at home so it is just gonna sit on a shelf and collect dust!! Thank You!

Casino hotel was great. Clean, comfortable, and what I expected from Ameristar. They seemed to care about their property, which is always good.

Wish they had a gift shop.
