Very nice property

The carpet in our room was digusting. Worn and stained, I wouldnt even take my shoes off. When the sheets were pulled back to go to bed there were water bottle caps from previous stay still on the floor. The lamp between the beds was covered in dust. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean so I do appreciate that. But carpet definitely needs replacement. We have stayed 3 times now and the hotel and casino are great, this was the worst room with stained carpet we have stayed in.

I like the property but when we checked in he moved us to a higher floor and stated we would have a great view but it was the backside of the property and we had an issue with the vending machine and no one could help we were fortunate that the vendor was there. But a lot of ppl lost money in the machine there should be better way to compensate if we lose our money

The hotel is inside the Casino! It is the BEST experience I've had in a while! Lots of food options inside as well. 10/10 will be back

This was a fun place to stay. Great restaurants and friendly staff. The hotel and surrounding areas were clean and safe. We stayed on a Sunday evening so it wasn't as crowded as it might be during the weekend. We enjoyed the casino as well.

Unable to use sink and shower at the same time (Room 223). Shared this with front desk staff at time of check out. Rooms need to be dusted better; especially area around floor based. Showers were very nice!

Need to be updated and restaurants need to open earlier. Very disappointing stay except for the customer service they extremely nice and helpful

I absolutely loved the design on the inside. I felt like I was charming town with the sky on the ceiling, the train car, waterfall, street lights, and eateries. All of our interactions with staff were great, space was clean, and loads of gaming options. We had a great time!
