Was good, but there isn’t anywhere to

This is our go too hotel We love the king size bed and room with the Whirlpool

Major issue with front desk and manager.. total confusion with days of stay.

We would not stay again

Things happened beyond their control but still inconveniences. Front desk and house keeping were all amazing. System was down so couldn’t check in until later then water was turned off because the water was turned off by the city. Casino staff were not at all helpful. All seemed to hate their job, and it was a very “not my job” atmosphere so I went elsewhere.

Hotel could use a few updates.

Hotel was good, but don't expect to eat dinner here without a reservation and breakfast at 7AM took over and hour and a half. Hotel bathroom was not clean when we checked in, the housekeeper forgot to get the sink, bathroom counter and mirror. However, housekeeping came right away and cleaned it up. Beds were nice and the gambling was fun. The pool was also great for the kids. This is the better of the two casino in the area by far.

I waont stay there again cuz i dont like getting charged twice

Whatever you do don’t stay on the 2nd floor. It stinks from the smoke in the casino and we had bugs in our room.

Jacuzzi was dirty after I turned it on

Sink dripped making noise.

Dinner Buffet-5 Star, Prime rib, all you can eat crab legs, pho bar, dessert bar, vegs and starches, oven pizzas, etc. Look for elevator to rooms in center, right past restaurant. They are on the opposite side of wall. You don’t want to walk past them to casino or parking lot hallways. Must have key to access elevators. Casino was average, free drinks for people gambling. Rooms comfortable. Good beds. Lots of pillows.

It was very clean and friendly but we got a whirlpool room and our whirlpool was terrible. It was so loud we could hardly talk while we were in there and the vibration on the end with the motor was terrible. 3 of the jets didn’t work on top of that. For the price we paid it was very disappointing. Would like to get a partial refund of some kind but told we had to go thru Expedia since that is how we booked. Hope is goes to them because Expedia doesn’t have a complaint department on their website. Would like some help with this if possible!

Always enjoy Ameristar. Close location to many events, great food and hot tub rooms.

Not friendly at check in

Beautiful place to stay. Coming from MN, we're no longer used to all the cigarette smoke inside. That'd be our only complaint.

Had to take cold bath or shower with limited water pressure.bathroom sink clogged had to turn hot water on sink to get enough hot water Negative review
