I paid a room that harbor view but I got the building view. I have complain but they say I have upgraded room if want harbor view. I check-in at 15.30 but the room is not ready the grounds are full and I can enter the room at 17.30, the hotel is very disappointing, unprofessional.

Awesome hotel, great place to stay.
