As always, clean, quiet and relaxing

Very clean rooms

if i can have zero star, i would do that. very dirty place. no room service unless you call them every day. no water in the room and some times no water refill in lobby. very small swimming pool, not a pool actually. noisy night and early morning. the only good thing is the shuttle, bus driver was nice.

Everything was excellent

VERY noisy - from creaky floorboards & footsteps from people on upper floors, to traffic flowing constantly close by. Furnishings and carpet a little worn. Provided USB charging ports didn’t work. On the plus side, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet.

It was very hot do we had to open the window which then made it very loud! There was no happy medium.

Very nice and the staff was great. Asked for a top quite room and got it. Only thing is i didnt get a king bed. Ended up with 2 queens. Nice room.

The waiter at the restaurant (Juno) was so amazing. Didn’t like how cold the pool was.

Centrally located.

What i liked: has a restaurant/Bar, the bar staff was awesome and super friendly. Its half the reason why i booked again at this hotel. The other half was they have a reasonable Ribey that is very good. However!..... What i dont like They took the Ribeye off the menu! Now there is a Filet instead and thats just not my cut. Also C street side of the hotel is really noisy. vehicles all night long. It would help also if they put in blinds to block out the light. would help with the street noise as well.

Favorite hotel to stay at especially cause the hot tub

Emergency trip and last minute booking. Wanted to be closer to lobby &/or elevators. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I noted was all trim in hallways along the floors were missing and peeling away.

Check-in was awful. Three trips to the front desk because keys didn’t work after a 30 hour journey. Property was undergoing refurbishing, but looked poor.

Great hot tub and small but warmer side pool. Nice sized rooms
