Front desk attendant looked disinterested when we arrived. She did not greet nor show any enjoyment in helping. On our last night, water service was interrupted without notice. Hotel is conveniently located; however, I wouldn't stay again.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for several years now, and I always feel comfortable and safe during each stay. The only issue we’ve occasionally had is not having hot water in the shower; it actually happened to me yesterday. However, we spoke with the front desk and they moved us to a room with hot water. The restaurant staff’s service is excellent.

Ideal para personas que van a realizar el trámite de visa al CAS. Caminando no más de 10 minutos. El desayuno y atención del personal excelente. La habitación ideal para pasar una o dos noches.

Room had no hot water and then no water at all on second day and one of the staff was rude when I came and asked about the situation I ended checking out early because of the bad service

La habitación se veía algo sucia las colchas se veían con manchas, el baño se veía algo sucio también

Sink water in both rooms we got was extremely slow in draining. Use draino to drain pipes! Tell guests the A/C unit is off at check in rather than wait for a call to send wmpl to turn it on.

La verdad no he usado el servicio de desayuno ya que en ocaciones no tengo efeftivo para dejar propina y me aiento un poco precionado por ese motivo

Rooms were clean, staff friendly. Breakfast was delicious my teenager kids loved the food !

Great place to stay, we loved.

Loved it, The hotel is small, comfortable, has an excellent restaurant where locals have their business and social meetings and celebrations. They also have a small Bar and they have great Margaritas made from scratch.

Rooms could have more towels, only had two to shower. Not towels for the sink. Rooms are outdated.
