Excellent quality and value We have stayed here twice now the breakfast is fantastic, indoor pool and spa are lovely. Just wish the outside pool and sun loungers overlooking Lake Garda were open, the explanation I got was it was to early in the Season and they will open in May. For the British like myself the weather was ideal and at around 21/22 degrees the Outdoor spaces should have been open. Thanks a lovely stay otherwise 👍

Lovely hotel in a great location on the shores of Lake Garda. We had a comfortable two-night stay here with our toddler, and enjoyed the location and excellent breakfast. The bar is especially excellent at this hotel - not only is the range of drinks huge and varied (there's even a range of local beers, not just Heineken), but it's very reasonably priced. Quality hotel, I recommend it!

Great stay at Acquaviva. We got a nice room with lake view and Balcony. Staff was courteous and nice. Breakfast had a lot of options. Hotel is a 45 mins walk to downtown Desenzano (lake front walk with a great view) and 1:30 walk to Sirmione. We absolutely adored the tratoria del pescatore that is a few blocks away. Spa was great too, the only down thing is that there is no spa tub like advised and they force you to wear a swim cap

Ho soggiornato più volte in questo hotel. L’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori nel mio ultimo soggiorno. Il parcheggio esterno era pieno quindi ho dovuto parcheggiare la mia auto (a pagamento) nel garage. Il receptionist mi ha riferito che il parcheggio esterno non è incluso!!?? Camera pagata euro 204 e avrei dovuto parcheggiare l’auto chissà dove lungo la strada. Camera assegnata: piano terra, piuttosto freddina e con il rumore degli scarichi del bagno delle del piano superiore, tariffa euro 204 Colazione: dal mio punto di vista la qualità è peggiorata. Servizio peggiorato. Ho dovuto chiedere un caffè per due volte aspettando 15 minuti. Devo ammettere che, purtroppo, qualcosa è cambiato in negativo nella gestione dell’hotel.

We've stayed 9 years in a row. The hotel has a nice pool, bar and restaurant. You can walk into Rivoltela to local restaurants easily. The staff are friendly and helpful and provide great service.

Super hotel. Disappointed that the pool was closed. A bit of way from the town.

The hotel was in a perfect location for Is coming from Milan and only a few minutes drive to Sirmione. We enjoyed our stay here and had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant. The staff was very helpful in offering child options and we all enjoyed a very nice meal. The spa and pool were also nice and great for our baby. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel - great location

Disgusting, people was their shoes and sandals in the swimming pool and seems is not issue to the hotel, but they go ballistic if you don't wear a swimming cap in the pool. Why? Hairs? Then why not wear a full wet suit for hairy people? Or full mask for beards? Oh but is fine to wash your sandals and shoes in the pool. The SPA plays electronic music that drills your brain, so forget about relaxing and if you ask to turn it off it will just be switched to another type of synthetic electronic music. Oh, and the sculptures, there is a large room for meetings or so with a large statue of a naked male completely spread-out exhibiting towards the room on the window. It is not a good feeling. Air Conditioning in the room is extremely noisy, couldn't sleep. Reported it and was ignored. We left early and paid a penalty for leaving early. But to be fair, there are some extraordinary employees that will try to do their best. The Head of Housekeeping is a wonderful lady that goes beyond her duty. The barman, Manuel will bend backward to attend you but has to take care of three different areas at the same time. And a young Lifeguard, Francisco, such a nice fellow but unfortunatelly has many jobs at the same time - lifeguard, barman, issue the bill to customers, support spa reception and who knows what else so he seems nervous, but good training could turn him into wonderful performer.

We stayed here for 6 nights, the hotel is lovely, very clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, fantastic customer service from all staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We liked the excellent free wellbeing facilities. The staff were very friendly and courteous. the grounds and pool were very good. The reception desk were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was very good with many choices. It is a bit far from Desenzano about 40mins walk, but the walk is by the lake, so nice.

This was our sixth annual holiday at the hotel. It's modern, has great facilities, but most of all the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make out holiday special.

Spacious room, a very nice balcony with a view over the lake, nice personnel and very good breakfast.

We very much enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had planned to explore the area, but enjoyed the hotels facilities and proximity to the lake so much….we spent all our days on site or the nearby lake.
