Comfortable stay for using as a base. Staff very helpful and approachable. Very close to metro. Car parking first come basis.

We were there with family for the world cup rugby. While expensive on match day, and a metro trip into town. I was expecting those things. I don't normally write reviews but both of the team members at front of desk and in breakfast area made such an effort to make sure everything was OK - and to help us as we don't speak french i wanted to say how much it was appreciated. Our rooms were compact, but very clean. Breakfast was really good and work areas handy. Some rooms are two singles pushed together - some double bed - so check what you need. What a difference a friendly, enthusiastic, welcoming team can make. Simple, and practical, but really impressed.

A really nice, clean and easy hotel. Staff were super friendly and the main socialising area was great.

The room was really small and there was only one power outlet in our room. But the staff was truly outstanding and the parking was easy.

Fantastic service

Really nice to have a hotel where you can get a meal cooked on the premises and where there is still a good level of service despite the restrictions. Parking on site is a bonus!

I did not like the tv. Because there is not one inglês canal. no even the news one. The hotel is ok, small , clean and the location is very good. Close the underground station.

The hotel was fine for a short stop of one night. It is an hours walk to the centre of Lille. The restaurant looked pleasant, although we didn’t eat in. The family room was very comfortable with plenty of space. It could have done with having a kettle in the room though.

Came with a car for La Braderie. 2mins walk to the metro. Parking & WiFi as advertised. Restaurant on site

When I got to the hotel, the restaurant was under refubishment. I could hear someone talking inside and made my presence known but noone came out. I buzzed the ring bell twice, still noone, but could still hear someone talking in the refishement area. It was only on the 3rd buzz that the receptionist came out looking annoyed by my presence. I got the keys to my room and to my deception, the room smelt cigarette. I kept the window open until almost midnight but the smell was still in the room. The next morning, because i was running a bit late, I called the reception and asked them to get my invoice ready so I don't have to wait for it. They said it was ready. But it's only when i got to the reception that the guy started doing it and actually wanted to charge me twice when i had already paid for the room. I usually like Ibis hotels but this was exremely disappointing between the receptionist attitude and the smell. No, thank you. Not this one again.

I will stay here again the next time I am on the west side of Lille. Nice helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Room convenient for doing work. Good breakfast.

Apart from the room being a little cramped, we could not fault it, though 8 euros per night for parking was a little excessive. The staff were particularly helpful. We would use it again.

The hotel is about 15 minutes from lille centre, but dont be put off. The service is fabulous all staff were great and very helpful. The room was wonderful, we stayed 3 days and used a hire car to get to yepes to flanders fields, took us 35 minutes and the drive was spectacular. There is a metro station within a few minutes walk- metterie?.. from memory. The restaurant serves excellent food at very reasonable prices, you wont be disappointed, we would definately stay here again

The hotel was well located, just a few minutes from the subway station. The personnel was very helpful. The room was large and clean, with a nice bathroom. The underground parking was useful, even if you can find parking spaces in the surrounding streets.
