Walkable to Hamburg Airport. Very clean and comfortable with a great restaurant.

I have traveled though the HAM airport for over 30 years, frequently staying at the Radisson Blu, Hamburg Airport hotel. Over the years, I have enjoyed the crisp, clear, effective German, front desk staff, solidifying my stay in Germany. This time was very different. The German front desk staff had been replace by a middle eastern man and woman couple, that were clueless! First, they seemed to have some "interpersonal game" going on, that I had to ask them to stop. Second, she could not find my reservation, even though it was clearly booked. Third, she multiple times tried to up-sell me on breakfast, even though our flight was to depart, before their breakfast opened. Radisson Blu management, if you are listening, please, please, please, bring back your German staff!!

This hotel was just a place to stay foe one night with an early morning departure from the Hamburg Airport. The beds were very uncomfortable. Bathrooms were a little unclean. Service at dinner at this hotel was poor as well.

Great hotel with instant airport access. Great for a one night stop over.

Stayed four days, on 3 days I had to remind them to make the room up, on one they didn't clean it at all. Hthe breakfast was a poor value for 25 Euro

Restaurant Stoke: food only average Shower: very bad, little pressure, shower head would not stay in position Fridge: was set to a minimum and couldn’t be changed; was not able to really cool down what I put in A/C: terrible, on max wasn’t better than a 10-year old defective fan Front desk: was supposed to be open 24 hours, but nobody was there at 1:30 am when a family member arrived Overall the hotel is not bad, but for all the problems I had for a 1 night stay, which is usually what airport hotels are for, I rate it poorly and completely overpriced.

So convenient to walk right across the parking lot and into the airport to catch my flight.

As always, the room was super clean, quiet and linnens nice. Staff professional and ready to help. Departure too early for breakfast.

Ok, this place was chosen because of its proximity to the airport, when you have a 4am flight the last thing you need is to figure out if Taxi ir Uber is working at that hour so last minute we booked this hotel, and while I am familiar with Raddison Blu, it is very well connected to Terminal 1 and 2. Easy walk to your gates. The bed I found a bit hard, but I was only there for a few hours.

25 mins wait to check in. Rude staff. No free drink as promised when booking.

The stay was very nice. Loved the spa amenities, in particular the sauna and the steam bath, open until 11pm. The breakfast buffet was decent, but nothing spectacular. It was rather limited with pre-cooked scrambled eggs, the cold meat spread did not include any Lox, and the bacon was almost entirely under cooked. With just a few edges cooked and the vast majority of the bacon strips completely raw. Other than the breakfast buffet, the stay was excellent. And the hotel was clean, modern, convenient, with excellent amenities. Only other comment. I have been to saunas all over the world and this one was the absolute "hottest" I have ever been in. Meanwhile, the steam bath was one of the best I've ever been in.
