clean rooms, very good breakfast, friendly staff, very close to airport terminal, coffee in the morning could be better though

This hotel was perfection. The location was literally at the Hamburg airport. I wanted something super close for my early flight. Very friendly staff and great room.

The queue for check in was over an hour and lasted for several hours as more people arrived. They really need a better process for check-in. Staff were nice, but as a platinum member, I didn’t receive any of my benefits nor acknowledgement of it, if there was a reason.

I was under massive duress and had a family emergency and scheduled a hotel room in the wrong city for layover flight returning home…terrible to work with. Upon noticing the error, not five hours later, I called to try and cancel the booking, they would not provide me any form of a refund. I will never this travel company starting with and E ending with an a (they won’t publish if I name them) or this hotel brand again.
