Appreciate that they offer suites. The closet smelled like someone had their pet in there (including the quilt we took out to use). I booked a mobility room and it was not mobility when I arrived.

Not enough bedding available for all the rooms. That can be improved. Also, please check why ice maker keeps beeping for hours!

It was a good stay and room for the price. Staff was friendly, bed was comfy. The lobby and hallways were hot! We passed a thermostat that showed it was set at 82, when it was 95+ with humidity outside. Luckily the air in the room worked well. Pretty clean over all, had to wash sand out of the shower before I could use it. The place looks kinda run down with minor repairs needed. But like I said before, overall it was good for the price.

I would never stay there again nowhere I recommend anyone to go there. I upgrade today Sweet paid $115. They had two ice machines. Both of them was broken no water in their room and charge me two dollars a bottle very disappointed with full service.

Booked through Hotel.com but got overcharged by the hotel. The manager deny any responsibillties and was not willing to coporate when questions were asked. Call the police to be escort out while my boy is still sleeping… not making this up, just bad experience due to rude manager!!!

The only great thing about this property, the bed was great. Other than that I would not recommend this property. On line it shows breakfast to order, but it was a continental breakfast.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely be our go to hotel for future trips to pearland.

The maintenance department is nonexistent…multiple doors were covered in tape which made it easy for outsiders to enter…the breakfast lady put on a fake smile and was constantly over your shoulder which was weird

I stayed for 3 nights as always and I wasn't impressed with the cleaning crew
