Overall Review The hotel itself wasn't bad, but it didn't offer the service you'd expect from a five-star hotel, and the value for money felt poor. I wouldn't stay here again. Pros - The doorman was always smiling and proactive. The poolside staff were friendly. - Located about five minutes from the BTS station, with Central World within a 15-minute walk. - The room was spacious and had a terrace. - They provided extra water upon request. Cons - The breakfast variety was too limited. The selection and taste were disappointing for a five-star hotel. - I stayed four nights, but the tea amenity kit stopped being replenished after the third night. - Tissues were not replenished during cleaning after consecutive nights. - The outlet in the bathroom and the phone in the living room were broken. - I saw a sign saying sheets would be changed every three days, but they were never changed during my four nights. ・I initially booked for 3 nights, then added additional nights separately, but it wasn't recognised when I checked in. I explained the situation and checked in for all 4 nights, but on the fourth night the Wi-Fi was out and I couldn't connect. ・The front desk staff was unfriendly and didn't even make eye contact or say hello when I returned that night. ・The toilet was broken, so I called the extension but no one came, so I called to ask for them to come, and they finally did.

Great room size. Very well equipped, clean, comfortable, and everything worked. I was really impressed. Service was very good. Attentive staff, always helpful. Location is the best, being close to many malls and the BRT station. Cannot fault this hotel. Will come back.
