Overall Review
The hotel itself wasn't bad, but it didn't offer the service you'd expect from a five-star hotel, and the value for money felt poor. I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros
- The doorman was always smiling and proactive. The poolside staff were friendly.
- Located about five minutes from the BTS station, with Central World within a 15-minute walk.
- The room was spacious and had a terrace.
- They provided extra water upon request.
Cons
- The breakfast variety was too limited. The selection and taste were disappointing for a five-star hotel.
- I stayed four nights, but the tea amenity kit stopped being replenished after the third night.
- Tissues were not replenished during cleaning after consecutive nights.
- The outlet in the bathroom and the phone in the living room were broken.
- I saw a sign saying sheets would be changed every three days, but they were never changed during my four nights.
・I initially booked for 3 nights, then added additional nights separately, but it wasn't recognised when I checked in. I explained the situation and checked in for all 4 nights, but on the fourth night the Wi-Fi was out and I couldn't connect.
・The front desk staff was unfriendly and didn't even make eye contact or say hello when I returned that night.
・The toilet was broken, so I called the extension but no one came, so I called to ask for them to come, and they finally did.
