Location and the cleanliness of the hotel was amazing.

The property though clean overall, needs to be refurbished. My room had a strong unpleasant smell. There was also an ordor from the sink whenever the taps were running.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. I interacted with the front desk clerk as well as the bar/kitchen staff and they were really great.

The staff was attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Made sure to offer us water bottles as well.

Stay was pleasant. Room & property were nice. Staff was helpful.

The Hotel was very clean. The room was in top order. The bed was very comfortable. Big Shout out To Jasmine and Nicole. They were so nice and very helpful.

This is a great place to stay when going to the PNC Pavillion. It’s clean and the staff is friendly.

There was no major issues, during my stay. We had 2 rooms and one has an extremely loud air conditioner. Also, we ordered breakfast at the bistro and waited at least 20 minutes before cancelling our order. We had to get to a graduation and it was clear we would not be getting our food anytime soon. 3 people before us had ordered & were also still waiting. There was one person working up front and only one cooking in the back. This was extremely frustrating. We thought it would save time by ordering at the hotel when in fact we waited so long for food we didn’t get and we ended up not having time to stop anywhere else.
