There is a problem with charges.

The manager who checked me in was great at getting my situation with Expedia handled very quickly. I checked in around 6:30 abd didn't catch his name.

Nice, quiet, clean, convenient

Excellent room, very comfortable bed, newer hotel. Breakfast was good. We had a nice view of the tall mesa by the interstate. Found a very good restaurant in the old downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was great!

Everything was in excellent working order (appliances, TV, bathroom fixtures, A/C, lighting, etc.). Very clean and "ship-shape." I'm not sure all customers would be happy with the rather complex on-line pre-registration form, asking for a photo of a driver's license, etc. etc. OK for me, but I'm a computer engineer (retired). Grade "A" overall.

VERY limited food options in the area.

Beautiful hotel. All the amenities I needed. Good breakfast with lots of options. Instead of curtains, our room had amazing room darkening shades. The a/c ran all night quietly and smoothly. None of the loud starts and stops some a/c units have. Quiet room. Everything was updated.

Regular La Quinta but added fee for pets . Maintenance needs to be improved

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, polite staff. A bit disappointed with the hot tub. Area around it felt like sand with it at the bottom and the jets didn't work.

Did not like pets everywhere.

Everything was nice

The place was great, only concern was the uh oh when I was checking in late after a long drive. Not what you want to hear when you made your reservations well in advance and paid for them.

I needed two rooms. And there wasn’t two available. So I wasn’t able to check in

The guests in the next room were noisy.

At check in they had problems finding my reservation. After 10 minutes of investigation they realized they had already checked someone else into my room. They did get me another room.

I left an item in the room and when i asked about, they acted like they had no clue.
