This was location with semi OK. Our room was somewhat clean, but not totally. Because I guess the previous guest may have had a pet so you could smell the pet. Therefore they need to really have how to get products so that house communicating use so that when other guests come in they do not smell the previous guest, especially their pet. And the bathroom was a complete eye so it was like they started renovating the bathroom and then quit. And that was very disappointing pertaining to those things. Therefore, I would not ever come back to this location. Nor would I recommend this location to anyone.

The first night we were there there there was an issue with the AC and they took care of it pretty quickly. They ended up moving us to another room. It was late at night, but the gentleman at the desk took care of it as soon as he could, it was easy process I appreciate that Staff was friendly every time we Interacted …it was a nice stay

I had a nice stay my only complaint was the outlets in my room didn’t all work well at least not the most convenient ones by the bed

Bathroom could have been cleaner and the fitted sheets were so worn they didn’t stay on the bed anymore.

The rooms didn’t get cooler than 78°. The location is far from downtown St. Augustine. There is no restaurant, only a Starbucks with limited menu. But I must say, the staff was very friendly.

Disappointing accommodations for a Marriott. I booked two rooms and the AC units in both rooms were not working properly - the rooms were very warm when we arrived. When I called the front desk to report this issue, the staff member did not seem surprised to hear it and informed me they were fully booked that night so we could not switch rooms. Awhile later, he called back saying we could switch rooms, but by then my two young children were in bed and we had unpacked and I was hoping the AC simply hadn’t been turned on long before we arrived and would cool down over night. Unfortunately it did not, and my dad’s room was even warmer than mine. This was in rooms 312 and 313. Also, the TV in one of the rooms was very old; it worked on day 1 (albeit very slowly) but didn’t work at all the next morning and we noticed the TV was cracked in both top corners. No water bottles were provided in the room or at check in.

The room was ok e had no room service my husband had to go ask for bathroom tissue the next day the garbage was never taken out of our room and we had the ac leaking the rug was soaked in half the room, we complained to the front desk several times and nothing was done about it.

The staff was very sweet.

We had an early hot air balloon ride. We got up at 4:30 am for a hot shower. No hot water. Front desk said run the water for 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, still cold and we had to go. Hotels.com.said we booked a king bed with double pull out sofa. The bed may have been king, maybe...but no couch or sofa in site. Front desk had no solution except blame hotels.com

Fan in bathroom didn’t work causing high humidity in room besides ac running. In elevator for example cables were showing due to a plate missing. To get a coffee it took 20 minutes bc at same time employee had to prepare food for another guest.
