Bed bugs

Had a decent three nights day, hotel was easy to access and so is the room, seems a bit transient in the area and only guessing that some of the renters are permanently living out of the rooms. Overall, the value location were worth it.

Quiet and clean

Counter top in bathroom was falling off the wall, extra linens and pillows were “unavailable.” The pool is advertised as open & when we got there they said it’s been broken down for a while—should probably stop advertising that it’s up and running. The curtains had holes ripped in them & the beds were far from comfortable (everyone has a preference)

Good value for the price

Bare bones, didn’t even have hand soap. Only small sample of shampoo. Was pretty clean. No coffee left in a.m. either. For $177 I expected more!

It was OK. Our room was not super clean or nice.

It was conveniently on the first floor. Easy access from freeway

Dirty hotel

Shuttle pick up and drop off was prompt. Staff nice and very friendly. Place was upgraded for most part. Would stay here again.

Property very old and run down. Hotel attached to an apartment building so half the building is hotel and the other half looks like low rentals. Lots of sketchy people hanging around the outside and in the lobby.

I didn't get to stay. After paying for a taxi and a really rough day, I arrived at Rodeway only to be told my ESA dog would cost an extra $30. Even though I had documentation and have never been denied or charged for my dog staying with me at a motel in the USA before. I was so exhausted and sore, being disabled and having a difficult day, that I agreed to pay the $30 extra for ONE night, and said I would reflect this situation in my review. At this point the old man checking me in said I could not stay. So it took an additional two hours to find another motel and get a taxi. I was in tears during this time because I was so tired and in so much pain. It's illegal what happened here and extremely bad business, I will never stay at a rodeway now, and I wouldn't recommend it if you have a legal support animal. Still trying to get a refund since I never checked in!!!!

The people at the front desk are very nice and make sure me she my kids feel safe
