The instructions to get into the building were confusing and required a phone call (although they did not provide the international country code on the sign), and the person on the phone asked me to open the wrong lockbox and finally another guest suggested trying another one, which was a different color and on the other side of the room. We got in, and the room was totally acceptable as a place to sleep for one night after a late flight.

The room was great , clean and have the things you need for cooking. It was missing the free coffee and tea. Also a sponge to clean the dishes.

Very convenient location close to the airport in Marseille and vitrolle train station.

Glad we didn't arrive after reception closed as the email that was sent did not have any codes to access entry.

Honestly ? One of the best apparthotels i stayed in

Spacious property, comfortable bed, adequate condiments for cooking, hot shower. Good WiFi, front desk available for most of the day & evening. However the curtains were virtually off the rails & the heating didn't work. Plus the floor wasn't that clean.

Pending transaction still reducing my available balance over a week later

Had to wait thirty minutes just to get the key. There is no human receptionist so you need to call and call until someone finally picks up and tells you a code to access a lock box with your room key. All this at midnight. Not good.

Stayed here twice, after arriving and just before departing. It’s convenient but very grimy and run down. Would not stay here again.

Nice hotel

Listen to the reviews, don’t stay here. I was lucky and was able to call and eek out the fact that I needed to pay an extra 1.20€ in order to get the codes to get in the building and get my key. So inconvenient, so confusing. Instead of paying one, just one person to be at the front desk, they outsource so a person to answer the phone, if you are lucky. I had to help like 4 people who were stuck in the lobby and couldn’t get there keys. Oh, also my ground level room couldn’t shut the privacy shutter so I had to tape towels up on the windows so people couldn’t see directly into my room.

Property was clean and close to airport. I won’t ever go to appartcity again due to the lack of communication with the staff as well as the arrogance of the manager in charge during our arrival. If you arrive outside opening hours, make sure you have ALL the codes to access the property (main gate, door and safe for apartment keys) or else you will end up outside for the night. Also, make sure you make your payment or else they won’t leave any of the above for you. I had to find out the hard way. Never again. I’ll stick to real hotels with 24hr nice and accommodating staff from now on.

Very close to airport and walking 13 min to train station.Room was noisy but spacious and clean. Ok for a night in a hurry

I have not been able to access the hotel because there was no one at the reception. I stayed there for approximately one hour and no one showed up to open the door for me. Moreover, the access code provided to me did not work. I had a terrible experience and I will never come back to this hotel.

I had a very quiet room overlooking a niceley maintained green open area with residential beyond that. The hotel does not have 24/7 reception nor shuttle service. That was extremely problematic as the taxi driver that the hotel arranged never showed. The room was better than expected, the offered services are terrible (not 24/7 availability). I would pay more to ensure that I can check in and have either shuttle service or a reliable taxi service.

Excellent location, close to airport, easy late check in

If you check in while office is closed, do not stay here. Their office hours is 9 am to 12 noon and 3 pm to 8 pm. My family and I arrived 2 am after taking a scheduled flight to nearby airport. I made international phone calls twice to make sure we can check in ourselves. Both time I was promised to receive access codes to check in. I did receive access code via email without the most important code to room key box. Struggled with never answered help desk over the phone for hours. By the time we check in, it was a few hours left before checkout. Stupid system they had ruined a part of vacation. Don’t stay here.

The staff are not helping and the hotel is not good, I don’t recommend this hotel at all

Staffs are really kind and explained everything in English for me. Neighbor fast food restaurant (tacos) is also nice and cheap. Thanks so much!

Excellent value for the money. The only issue I had was getting back to the airport after my stay. No info about calling cabs posted, and Uber drivers would not transport for an early morning flight. Since people are likely staying there to be close to. Airport, there should be at least helpful info given about getting to airport, since there is no shuttle.,
