A nice little oasis in a bustling town.

We have stayed here on 2 different trips several years apart. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. The rooms could really use some updating but I would stay again if I return to Panajachel.

Excellent stay at this hotel, right off the busy strip. Super friendly staff, and clean and comfortable room. Hope to return someday. Very good breakfast as well

The property on the outside was beautiful but the inside was a bit disappointing. The t.v. reception had alot of static. It's pretty close to the street so the fumes from the vehicles seeps into the room;also, it is very noisy and the curtains let in alot of light making it challenging to sleep. It's a great place if you plan on staying out most of the day.

Very nice small hotel right off the main street. At first it seemed that the location was too busy, but the hotel has a beautiful backyard/garden which makes you forget that you're right in the center. Excellent service! The small harbor (with lanchas servicing the small towns around the lake) just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

A great retreat right in Pana. We liked it for its location. Room was just OK. Grounds were really nice. Thermal baths were a nice surprise.

The rooms are older, which is fine, but they were somewhat dirty and damaged. The beds were extremely worn out. The staff is very friendly. There are no services for food or drink most of the day; even asking for a cup of hot water outside of dinner or breakfast is a very hard task. There is no lunch on the weekends, even though their information says there is. It is in a great location, with lots of shops and restaurants around. It is also quiet on the property even though it's a busy area. There are not a ton of good options in the area, so this is a decent choice based on all the other hotels and prices compared.

I love the location, convenience and atmosphere - quiet, beautiful garden setting with spa setting in back. Only draw back is the room was not well-lit. Overhead lights, designed for two bulbs, only had one. We asked for another bulb, maintenance was sent. At first he said he did not have the "tools" to replace bulb. DUH. We showed him they covers come off by hand turning a small know. He then said he did not have authorization to add a second bulb. Seemed a little petty to scrimp on the bulb and electricity. Charge me an extra dollar a night so I can see in the dark corners of the room.

Not luxurious but basic and clean…and with screens on windows. We LOVED the onsite thermal pools and the staff was wonderful, always smiling and polite.

Safe & quiet place, nice fresh herbals smell, love thermal water, massage I asked strong and was too strong, room did not have iron for my clothes, no A/C, no refrigerator, no coffee machine, no bathtub, on my registration said breakfast included, they did not provided, overall for the price I was expecting something better
