I Like Marriot!

Stay was okay. A lot of construction going on. Front desks very impersonal.

The only complaint is the water pressure on the 4th floor

Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great.

They are in the process of remodeling the hotel But everything is great

Great stay

The lady that checked us in was very nice. We were not aware the lobby would be having the floors replaced. There was plastic up and concrete floors on day 1. For the rest of the week they were laying tile in front of the elevator. One elevator was taped off but still functioning. This caused issues at times. We were traveling for business the elevator did effect our ability to get downstairs in a timely manner. When you were down stairs going to get on the elevator there was about a 10 inch wide section you could walk on. If someone arrived in a wheel chair or with small children this would probably have impacted their stay. I think it was in poor judgment to have the property open during the renovation. There was dust from the renovations and the down stairs restrooms were closed for renovations. Maybe they could’ve called people staying for longer than a night to let them know there would be renovations as a courtesy.

The young man who checked me in was very helpful and he extended himself to accommodate my business needs!

They are finishing renovations which didnt affect us at all. Room was nice and clean and smelled really good. Breakfast was food. Staff was friendly and helpful

Convenient location

Friendly desk people. Great place to stop for the night while traveling.

Water pressure in shower low. Blackout curtains wouldn’t completely close and a parking lot light shone in the window making harder to sleep. Bed was good. It wasn’t terrible but I don’t know how it had a 9.0 rating.

The lobby was under constuction but everyone was very nice. The tile guy's had the Spanish music so loud I thought I walked into a mexican restaurant. Website and third party booking should reflect construction. Room was ok but the bathtub should be caulked to save you water damage. It would be nice to know before booking that the place was having so much work done.

Great location

Super clean and friendly staff

Room was cold with no heat when we arrived. Bath area would not warm up and no water pressure at all in the shower which made taking a bath difficult. Breakfast was Ok but ran out of some selections an hour before breakfast bar closed. Impression that some staff members did not show up for their work shift over the holiday weekend. Room was clean but would probably not stay here again. Usually have no problem with the Fairfield Suites locations.
