The restaurant is very good. The staff in the hotel are very welcoming. The rooms need a facelift. They look rundown. For the price per night, they should be a bit nicer.

The hotel was great! Staff was amazing and so was the atmosphere but our shower had a lot of rust showing through and hairs in it.

Beautiful historic hotel near the Texas Tech campus and Buddy Holly Center. Stay was comfortable and quiet. Only issue was in the restaurant. Came in at 9:50 pm for coffee and dessert. Server took our order for the coffee, but then disappeared for 20 minutes. Finally came with the coffee and took our dessert order, but then disappeared for another 20 minutes. Finally got our desserts after around 45 minutes total time. Restaurant was not busy, with only 1 or 2 other tables occupied.

The location is unbeatable and a airport shuttle is extremely beneficial. Only complaint during the recent cold weather, was that it was so cold in the restaurant that our food was cold after a few minutes.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, the workers are kind and friendly.

The staff were extremely polite and professional. The hotel room and bed were very clean and comfortable.They provide shuttle services to and from the airport. I stayed 5 nights and it was a very pleasant experience.
