Very nice stay

This is a very nice hotel in a great location.

Very nice hotel. The only dislike was shower curtain had rust around holding rings and lower tiles in shower had a white haze on them.

Professional, helpful, and courteous staff. The facility was well-kept and in good condition.

Perfect place to stay when visiting your kids. The rooms could use a refresh. Furniture in our room had seen its better days but just cosmetic stuff. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Our room was dirty when we arrived and so were the hallways. There were dishes left in the hallways all day long. The bathtub had paint peeling off and the shower curtain was stained. The staff was very nice and friendly and the airport shuttle was convenient. But, because it felt dirty I would not stay there again. The pool and hot tub also had trash all in it.

I absolutely love the hotel! It’s clean and quiet with places to eat close by including a restaurant in the motel.

Jones Stadium at Texas Tech is one block away

Everything was excellent with the exception of the morning breakfast. We waited for 20 minutes for the host to come to the podium and seat us as they said they had TCU group and the restaurant was full. We could see many empty tables. Very unorganized restaurant staff and management. Many people left due to the host/hostess not coming out of the restaurant to explain.

Brenda and staff were excellent.

Clean towel had stain.
