It was convenient to every where I wanted to go!

I had a very disappointing check-in experience at this hotel. When I arrived at the front desk, I was told to wait without any explanation. The staff then left the desk and spent over 10 minutes chatting and laughing with other people nearby, completely ignoring me. When another person handed the phone to the staff member, they took the call and still made me stand there without offering any help or even acknowledging me. There was no apology or clear communication about what was going on. When I finally expressed some frustration, the staff member responded with a frown and a cold attitude instead of offering assistance. There was a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. I expect better service from any hotel, especially at check-in, which is the guest's first impression. This experience really affected the quality of my stay.

Clean all around. Courteous staff. Great alternative to a stay in a NY hotel. Bus stop right outside the hotel parking lot with transport to Port Authority, NY various times throughout the day.

Hot lobby and corridor. Hot tub out of service, overpriced breakfast, charged $12.00 for a bagel. Cold lobby coffee.

Mattress had large brown stains near bottom corners ( both beds in room) with no Mattress covers. Dirty carpets in hallway, rear stairs weren't in good repair. Rear door non functional, caution taped off. Pool was dirty, dead flies, etc. Pool equipment was broken, jacuzzi tub broken. Restaurant advertised as open is only open for breakfast. Mediocre breakfast options at best. Breakfast buffet was good, but I paid extra so it came with my room. I watched guests assume it came with the room to be surprised or told it was indeed not included, not free. Not the restaurant concierge's fault. Major highway right beside the hotel, we didnt plan very well. We could hear traffic all nigtht even with the fan/ac on. We would have been better off downtown NJ or NYC for noise. Parking was easy, but very cluttered. All staff were helpful, friendly and seemed to be doing the best they could.

A/C of the both rooms wasn't functioning. Bathroom doors were not locked.

Only issue about our stay was our room smelled like years of cigarette smoke embedded in the walls and carpet. Also the gym had a decent amount off weights for dumbbells but not bench to workout on.

Was looking forward to hot tub, Hot tub not working upon arrival. Room key kept us unable to open our door on more then 5 occasions. Staff was very friendly. Mold around sprinker system in room. Extremely sticky floors and mildew smell in room and linen.

This isn’t a terrible hotel. The lobby is very clean, it’s very easy to lounge, the market place is accessible for snacks and free coffee which is much appreciated. The fitness level easy to find & the pool. The parking lot is spacious. The staff are easy to talk to. Now cleanliness… if I can’t walk barefoot in my own hotel room because the floor looks like it’s been walked on by 20 construction men with their muddy boots? Then I don’t think I’m coming back. Respectfully.

The hotel was a bit rundown, breakfast was $9 for the continental breafast that is usually free at other Hiltons I've stayed at. There was no AC in the hallways, so steeping out of the room or elevator, you are stepping into a sauna with no air movement. The carpet in the bedroom was old and stained, there was peeling wallpaper and paint. No toiletries in the bathroom apart from the shampoo/conditioner they attach to the shower wall. I had an ironing board, no iron. Had to go down and ask for one. The shower pressure was like the mist setting on a hose and good luck getting hot water. Temp went from warmish to cold to warmish.
