GREAT beds, great value for money, great location, Only gripe though is noise transfer from other guests though - door to stairs outside our room each time a person used it and also water noise on morning

Great handy location

Hotel location is good. However it is too noisy so many tour buses and people during the holiday season. as we are allocated to the lower level. The hot shower system seems no hot regulator. the water either too hot or cold suddently.

Property and staff were adequate. Over all an OK facility. A thrifty offering for a thrifty price.

Hotel is in the center of town, great location. Room is spacious with a couch and cable Tv. Only problem is wifi can be iffy, but in general is a a great place to stay in Dunedin. Good bathroom and shower, would stay there again

I really wasn’t overly impressed. The air conditioning just couldn’t keep up so we tried turning it off and opening the windows but it was really noisy!

Wish there was a microwave, also first place I stay that provides shampoo not conditioner. overall a good stay.

The staff were excellent, they changed my room without hesitation when I asked as an elderly guest to have a walk in shower rather than one in the bath. The room was comfortable but so did miss having a fan in the bathroom. Overall an enjoyable experience

An immaculate room and I must comment the smokers seating was appreciated and the first I have found anywhere

Close to CBD, restaurants and nightlife. The property is showing its age and the carpet was stained in places.

Great location, onsite parking and restaurant Room a little dated and just large over head shower in bathroom, no so good if you didn’t want to wash your hair

Awesome staff. Very warm and welcoming.

Comfortable room. Three rooms were in a weird area with the laundry which was humid. But once in the room it was all ok. Mini kitchen was good. Walking distance to the Octagon and shops. We ate at the hotels restaurant which was ok. (It was raining heavily outside otherwise we would probably have eaten elsewhere just to be able to go out)
