We booked a deluxe king suite days prior to arrival. We did not receive this deluxe king suite. When we asked the front desk about it, she stated that I did not actually book that room. I showed her my reservation confirmation, and then she tried to go back and say that my original room was already booked. They did not have anything for us to buy, such as food or drinks. They only had vending machines that didn’t work. The ice machine was also out of order. The water fountains were taped off and inaccessible. The swimming pool was being painted which made it also inaccessible. We went down to get breakfast at 9:15. There was a very limited selection. We were told no more food would be made and put out even though breakfast didn’t end until 10:00. If I would’ve known we would not be given the room we originally booked or about the poor conditions of the hotel, I would not have paid cash for my room. I would’ve told them we would be looking for other hotel options. We will not be considering any other La Quinta locations for our future stays. 413 Airport Freeway Euless, TX

The hotel itself looks decent, convenient to get to. The pool area looked like it was getting work done, and we tried it out. The water was cold and the hot tub water looked dirty. Our room ended up having at least a few bed bugs that bit me up pretty good. I smashed three that I saw. We did a mattress check and didn't see any so we thought we were good to go. Breakfast was average.

Property was outdated. Indoor pool was cold. Room never got cleaned. Breakfast was disappointing.

Cleanliness

We checked in. The lady and the front desk was very nice. Out key didn’t work, so she had to redo it. When we got in the room theee were two full-sized beds. We reserved a room with queen sized beds. We are a family of 5, so we needed a queen sized bed. I went downstairs to talk to the front desk. She admitted, “well they may not be “queen sized” but they’re what we call “queen sized” here.” She let me know there was not another option. All of their rooms either have 2 “queen-sized” beds or 1 king. They did not have a roll away bed or a small mattress for the floor. She was kind enough to give us a bunch of blankets and we made a blanket fort out of the desk/table for my youngest and he loved sleeping in a blanket fort. The beds sunk so low in the middle, you had to launch yourself out of the middle just to get out of bed. The ice machine was broken so we couldn’t put ice in our water bottles. They had a pancake machine at breakfast, but it was broken. So, no pancakes or waffles for breakfast for my kids… breakfast was adequate. The pool looked nice, but we didn’t swim.

They have breakfast included; however, they only have eggs, toast and muffins. We made and additional trip to have breakfast elsewhere due to the inconvenience.

The check in was very simple, took all of 5 minutes! The room itself was gorgeous and HUGE!! Plenty of room for our little family and room for our little to play! The room had a great mini fridge that actually kept things cold, great bathroom and hot water. The bed was also very comfortable, we all slept great. The breakfast was also good. Enough choices for us! The ONLY complaint I have is the pool. Its indoor and i assumed it was going to be heated. However, the pool was FREEZING COLD. Theres no way it had any time of warmer on it. This is the reason we picked the hotel because we were celebrating our sons 4th birthday and he loves pools. We spent our time in the hottub, but the concrete in it was a little crumbly and very rough on the steps. Our son ended up scraping his knee pretty good 😕

Booked this stay for its affordability and good reviews, but it was disappointing. No A/C control in the room, and the pillows were half-size (staff couldn't help with replacements). The room smelled weird, was dirty, and I didn’t sleep well. The photos online were misleading. Overall, not a good experience. Pay a little more for a hotel that guarantees a better stay.

Me and my wife had stayed here for a softball tournament that was being held right down the road and we thought we were gonna have a nice night stay until we got back from our last game. We took showers and started to relax when all of a sudden my wife was sitting in the office chair by the desk and a cockroach came running up her side and down her arm. I smashed it with a shoe and picked it up and set it on the counter for housekeeping or a manager to see. Once that had happened we called front desk and they said that there wasn’t anything they could do about it at the moment until a manager came next morning. When they told us that we packed our stuff and left immediately because we don’t do bugs and to have one crawl on you while you’re staying out of town in what you assumed was a decent hotel was a disappointment and disgusting. Called back in the morning and no manager around. Hopefully this gets resolved.

Our trip was nice. The beds seems like the were full sizes not queen. the employees were nice. the pool needs to be cleaned on side walls. in pool and Hot tub. vents were hanging down from ceiling. I have a special needs son and the Chlorine was just too high for him. and the rest of us the 1st day and the water was ice being it was a indoor pool They did make it warmer the next day was a lot better. The Airport shuttle guy was Great. only bills or credit card for vending machines. Main thing I didnt like was the beds they were smaller and the inside of the pool walls.

Area seemed a little unsafe. Breakfast was bleh. Beds were uncomfortable. It was clean, no complaints there.
