Very nice hotel but had issues with AC. It was over 83 degrees in our room at 10 pm and we finally had to demand a new room. Staff was great though. Not much to see at Iseo but it was peaceful and property was beautiful.

The property is quite dated. The lake isn’t accessible from the property nor are there good views. Thankfully, the town is only a ten minute walk away.

We stayed two nights at Lovere at other end of the lake and two nights in Iseo. The train journey along the side of the lake is absolutely beautiful. Lake Iseo is a hidden gem and a short boat trip to Monte Isola in the middle of the lake is something really different - unspoilt - with the most amazing views I have ever seen. As the hotel is quite a bit from the railway station, please be aware - there are NO TAXIs at all and in our whole time we did not catch site of a local bus. Not great when you have luggage as the hotel is just over a mile out of town. The town itself is beautiful with a totally amazing lakefront with ducks that actually walk the street to meet you. Wonderful array of restaurants. You would not be bored in this area - shops are good quality shops. Initially we were disappointed with the area surrounding the hotel. The lake is not visible from the Hotel and the rooms overlook a rather neglected garden area. Initially it appeared to be rather dismal - no reflection on the room itself which was very clean, but annoyingly small - with a rather dismal outlook from the window. Staff were very pleasant. The reception area and bar areas are nicely decorated and plush. The dining area lacked character. As we were so far out of town we dined in hotel the first night and were not impressed. Breakfast was lovely. To get to Bergamo airport - train to Brecchia, change for Bergamot (cardiac race in 4 mins!) then shuttle to airport - worked okay.

Great place to base yourselves in Lake Iseo. Not in the town centre, but I think this is a benefit! The pools are amazing, very friendly service, clean room and comfy bed, nice balcony to enjoy sunsets.

Nice hotel close to the beach, and lovely swimming pools, very relaxing hotel. Was disappointed with transport from airport as it said on email that a shuttle bus could be arranged from airport, but when I contacted hotel they could only arrange a taxi which was very expensive. Expensive but nice hotel.

Beautiful facility near town. We got there a little late for lunch so had to walk 15 minutes for food. Weather was unseasonably warm and they did not turn on air conditioning so was uncomfortable sleeping. Having AC and not turning it on is worse than not having AC at all.

We found this hotel on-line and it looked great, so we booked this hotel direct on-line with no problems. Booked for 4 nights as we were flying out to attend a family wedding, and it lived up to all our expectations. The staff were all great, friendly and helpful, room was wonderful. Absolutely no problems with anything. Will have no problems choosing to use this hotel when we go back for our next visit.

Very nice hotel with many hotel parking places nearby for arrivals by own car. Very friendly and helpful service. Breakfast Buffet was great with many food variations. Spa-facilities and outside swimming pool are nice and very convenient. Minor point is the hotel location. Next town of Iseo is about 1.5 km away, however, it's easy to walk. You can also rent a hotel bike. The Hotel also has a kind of Hotel-Van. Couldn't find out, who's using this van. Getting a taxi in Iseo back to the hotel is almost impossible. Conclusion: if you like to escape from all the hustle and bustle, this is the right place.

Whilst the room was clean & bedding fresh, the blanket was old & not fresh. Definitely not as advertised in the advert & photos. The bath is small, has no jets (as shown in the pics) & the suit had perhaps too much furniture for the size room, leaving only narrow passages to get to the bed. The spa open on our arrival was closed the next day. The wifi doesn't work either, not even incoming calls!

Lovely stay in this hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, grounds are nice. Good area in the lobby to relax and socialise. Bikes for rental. Plenty of options at breakfast. Great restaurant next door if the hotel restaurant is closed.
