The hotel was very nice and the pool area. The breakfast was very good and love the beans coffee fresh.

Loved our stay. Very clean and price was amazing. Staff were very friendly from front desk, housekeeping and morning breakfast. We stay in Gillette quite a bit over the last 17 years and this was the best hotel for the price!

We had a wonderful stay. The entrace to the hotel is very inviting. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool was a hit for our children. We would stay again and will recommend this hotel to pur friends and family.

When we arrived there was an overwhelming smell of what could be described as a dog grooming facility. Picture a dog that’s just been given a bath. Not terrible but still wet dog. This smell was also apparent in the rooms.

Pleased with our experience at this hotel.

Great quite clean hotel!!

This hotel is fantastic. The pool is amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is lovely. The surrounding area has lots of convenience for shopping and restaurants, but the hotel is very quiet. Always an easy choice!

Limited parking and breakfast wasn’t very good. Room was nice, updated.

Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in good condition. We've stayed in several hotels in Gillette and this is definitely the best one we've stayed in so far. The positives: The room was big, it was clean, and there were plenty of towels and toilet paper for a family of 4 to spend the weekend there. The water park was also a lot of fun. The negatives: The faucets and drains could use some maintenance and the room didn’t have a hair dryer. Though the missing hair dryer might've been mentioned on the site and I missed it. We'll likely stay here again next time we're in town.

The property was good and beds were comfortable. My daughter really enjoyed the water slides! It was very conveniently located and Walmart and other stores were right across the street. The breakfast could of been a lot better and when my daughter went to get oatmeal she pulled out a really long black hair out of it.

It was a great place to stay! Awesome water park for the kids to play, refreshments 24/7 in the lobby, clean, comfortable and good front desk service.

It was quite and simple to find

Very clean and nice property, just didn’t seem to have any management/maintenance checking things but the front desk lady was super nice and tried her best to help. But nothing worked like the coffee maker in the lobby, our living room tv, our shower toiletries were empty. The pool area was a joke, all the pools were freezing even the hot-tub let alone it was so foggy you couldn’t see in there and no pool towels anywhere. Looked like a ghost town. Literally. It was fine for just our couple hour stay passing through town but kind of a bummer for the kids with the pool for how cool it looked in the pictures, it was the main reason we booked.

The room and staff were wonderful. This would have been a five star rating if it weren’t for the breakfast.

We appreciated the easy check-in and nice room. We chose this hotel for the pool and slides attached to the hotel, and we weren't disappointed at all! The breakfast the next morning was nice also. Thank you for a nice stay, and we hope to come again!

We stayed at the property for the water park. Upon check in we requested a crib. When we recived the crib finally 7 hours later it was full of food debris. The room had a quarter on the floor next to the bed, and the 2 year old found a cramex jar with a yellow lid under the heater/AC. We did have chickens and ducks outside, kids loved watching them. The pool area is nice but there are alot of missing tiles in the wading pond making sharp areas, and they feel that at 35 degrees they need to open the exterior doors and freeze you out. It is also kinda creepy the way the men sit there and watch all the women in suits as the gawk at everyone. Unfortunately I nor any of my guest speak a second language, our primary language is english and I found it difficult to over come the language barrier between the staff and ourselves.
