As soon as I walked in, it smelled so clean. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I usually travel with my husband and this was my first time staying at a hotel by myself. I was very nervous. When she handed me my key, she pointed out my room number. She did not say it out loud for the other people to hear. I really appreciated that and helped me feel safe. Breakfast was delicious also.

The bed was great but lady at check in was very rude, the room we book was messed up, i have a service dog and she was rude and if we took a sweet was going to xharge us more, we have stayed in many hotels first time we have had trouble with my service animal, i stated clearly she was a service dog.

The pull out bed was hard as a rock. There was a stain on one of the sheets that we didn’t see until morning because we came in late. They turned off the pancake machine 30 mins early

The only complaint I have is that this is the second time this year we’ve stayed here and the workout room is closed. It shouldn’t be advertised if it’s not in use

Front desk staff were rude. Fortunately, this is not the norm so I was surprised by the behavior.
