Very clean and friendly

The hotel looks good. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. I was very disappointed that the WiFi was extremely slow to connect and went down. I was unable to get a stable connection to work on homework for a college course. We got up extremely early to leave so we could get home in time to get the assignment turned in. I did let the front desk know that I was getting a local network error when trying to connect and all he said was it’s Spectrum. They are slow, keep trying to connect. Breakfast was decent.

It was a good place to stay. The beds where hard

Our room & second floor hallway had a strong musty odor. Linens were washed but had old stains. Keurig in room was dusty. Staff was pleasant, but we would not stay here again.

It was the most neutral I have felt about a hotel. It was Granite City so I wasn’t expecting much. I wasn’t disappointed. It was very middle of the road. Breakfast was ok. Employees were nice. King bed left something to be desired. It didn’t feel dirty but somehow didn’t feel very clean. Would I stay again? Probably. But I wouldn’t be thrilled about it.

I booked 2 queen beds weeks before our stay. However, after 15-29 minutes waiting for the key, I was told they did not have 2 queen beds. I would have to take a king suite. My 34 year old daughter had to sleep with her 75 year old mother both nights! Besides the wrong bedding, this suite?? had no couch, and the TV was in a separate room with a jacuzzi. No TV for us. I also paid much more than i should have! I will not recommend to anyone! I come in town to see family several times a year !

The staff was very helpful and friendly with my check in. The room was very clean and quiet. The location was very convenient for me and there were many choices for restaurants in the area

Clean and good price. The mattresses however are pretty horrible. I could literally feel coils up my back during my sleep. Woke up in pain.

We had a great stay at this property. The guy at the front desk was friendly, room was clean and smelt great. Clean bathroom. Comfy bed. We will be back if we’re in the area!

The term Pontoon Beach is very misleading as there is no beach anywhere just a huge busy intersection and industrial area
