Warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was quick and courteous. The room was quite spacious and comfortable with a nice street view. Will definitely be on my mind should I return to Mumbai.

The property is in a good location but it needs updating. The breakfast was adequate and staff at the restaurant were very good but lady at the reception was moody and very unfriendly and unhelpful. The worst thing about the place is the internet ( or lack of it) we stayed for 5 nights and told the lady at reception every day, sometimes twice a day that we had no internet. She did nothing about it, just fobbed us off with one excuse or another. If you need internet, then this is NOT the place to stay.

Whilst this hotel was nice, we were placed in a room right under an active construction site and had loud sounds of drilling, hammering etc coming through the walls very loud from early morning until 8pm. When we complained the staff were incredibly unhelpful, telling us that there were no sounds (even though I had time stamped recordings). Would not recommend until or unless the construction is stopped or far from your room. Paid a lot of money for no sleep and horrible customer service

Staff wanted to initially charge us for an extra person for breakfast, but later we spoke to reception and then they figured out that the reservation was for 2 people. A bit of construction noise coming through from level 6 renovations. We were staying o n level 4. Brekky was good!

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired

The hotel is quite old but it is in good condition. The area is safe. Shopping street is nearby and a lot of restaurants.

Clean, neat, good room service and close to almost everything.

We requested for pickup from airport and nobody was there.We took Uber and when we reached hotel we were told that they scheduled pickup, and they did charge us for that. We requested two beds and first two days we were given single bed and on third day we were asked to change the room.Very unprofessional and would not suggest anybody as its too expensive for the service and property they have.

Such a beautiful hotel, in a beautiful part of Mumbai

Clean, spacious, friendly staff, well located. Everything was great!

I had a choice between this hotel and a more well known luxury chain. My dollars went much further...for the same price as a single room there, we had a lovely and spacious1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen area and with 1&1/2 baths. For our 4 day stay it was great. The location was great with shops and restaurants in walking distance and taxis to the airport and downtown only a few dollars. Everything was very clean. Hotel soundproofing excellent and couldn't hear outside cacophony that seems to be integral to Mumbai. Staff was very nice and helpful. Changed money at nearby banks and ATM.

Unclean. Horrible beds. Smells.

Internet was slow. Room did not smell nice.

Very proficient and friendly staff

This property is located just 1 building away from where I was raised and I was glad to be in my old neighborhood once again. There are plenty of restaurants to eqt at and numerous stores to shop at within walking distance. I will definitely stay there again and do positively recommend it.

Breakfast was great. The room was disappointing. Bed was too soft. Construction on the floor. Air conditioning fan blowing air fairly hard.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, noises from rooms nearby

The breakfast buffet was amazing, in the 2 week stay we only ate at the hotel with in room dining. Staff are very good
