Friendly & helpful staff. Upgraded our room for a better view of river, helped us to find free parking as their lot was full …. And not plowed (too much snow). Room key on phone app is innovative but not supper convenient. Pretty hotel with beautiful artwork. Clean rooms. Breakfast was very good.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Free parking. Well located. I had a great view of Cathedral and river. Very comfortable bed. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast too. Going back for sure!!

J'ai bien aimé cet hotel et le recommande fortement.

On a apprécier l'ensemble de notre court sejour, on a juste deplorer le fait que notre chambre netait pas pret a 16h45 lorsqu'on est arriver sur les lieux nous sommes donc aller ailleurs au lieux de profiter de notre chambre d'hotel.

The hotel’s entrance requires navigating a bank of steps to get to the lobby. It is very difficult for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The free breakfast is delicious (freshly cooked eggs with bacon and potatoes and not a continental breakfast like we are used to in most hotel that offers freed breakfast). Our room was really clean with a kitchenette, which was really convenient.

I would recommend staying here if you want to enjoy the city life. Their gym is sparse, but their beds are very comfortable and there are good restaurants nearby. I wish they cleaned the room daily, but I have not seen that service in many Canadian hotels so maybe it is just my American bias.

Our family travelled with us and despite requesting handicapped access rooms the hotel does not have ANY, they changed rooms twice until we finally had to book another hotel for them. Our room was acceptable, the bathroom needs major improvements. The staff were all great and the breakfast was delicious.

Ranked very high. The room was great. The breakfast is top notch. Very reasonably priced. The only downfall is the rear parking lot does not have an elevator so bring the luggage in was difficult. I would stay again.

Très bel hôtel. Tranquille. Le déjeuner inclus est très bon et le serveur Jeremie très sympathique. La chambre semblait differente de celle sur les photos, notamment a l’egard de la salle de bain qui nécessiterait une rénovation. Très bien dans l’ensemble.
