Not what I expected from this chain

Easy to get to.

The person who checked us in was very nice and personable. I booked two rooms one with two double beds and one with a king size bed. The room with two double beds was fine. The other did not have a king size bed as I reserved. I think in her attempt to get us close to the second room she booked what she could. Would have been better customer experience to either ask if we were ok and if she couldn’t accommodate the reservation make some sort of concession on the price or something. I don’t get what I paid for. Other than that it was fine.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only complaint was that they needed more space for toiletries in the bathroom.

The hotel is right off the route we were traveling, the room featured a fully equipped extended stay kitchenette, albeit we were just driving through for a 1-night stay. The room and bath were ample, comfortable, and the sllep quality was fine too

Adrian was the best so friendly and accommodating our room smelled curry so bad we asked to change and they accepted without hesitation! Will definitely stay again and easy access to highway 81.

Hotel suite was very spacious, modern and convenient amenities.

We’re just here overnight, and it’s fine. We don’t need the kitchen buts it’s nice to have. The woman at the front desk is very nice and professional.
