Very friendly, clean place

My stay at Hotel Lucerna Hermosillo was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, but what truly made the experience memorable was the incredible level of service. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights of my stay was receiving a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise since I had not requested it. This thoughtful gesture exceeded my expectations and demonstrated the hotel’s commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my visit. The attention to detail and customer care throughout my stay was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend Hotel Lucerna Hermosillo to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent facilities, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality makes it one of the best hotel experiences I have had. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hermosillo.

Nice property located centrally. Staff were accommodating and friendly. There isn't a fridge or coffee in the rooms and I didn't see any complementary coffee being offered in the lobby. But overall, really nice.

Breakfast was good. Parking was good too. Room did not have tea/coffee making pots available.

Clean rooms and staff was wonderful!!

Rooms were just okay, they were clean and the bed was comfortable. However, everything in the room looked like it needs to be renovated, they looked pretty old. This place also has one of the worst wifi connection, if you are travelling for work and need to use wifi, I highly recommend you go somewhere else. The staff are very nice and amazing though!

The staff was not friendly or didn’t greet me.the property is clean and has everything we needed for our night stay.

A coffee maker in the room would be fantastic. Otherwise it’s $70 pesos for a cup of coffee at the restaurant
