We love this hotel is one of our favorites in Clearwater, the only hotel will stay at.

Love how close to the beach and how large the rooms were.

Where to start, when we arrived it all seamed good. But ones we got to our room it was decent. But after a while you can hear the noice coming from the other rooms, I'm not to mention the smell of sewage every time you use the bathroom. The hotel is very outdated and you can tell they're not spending any money to renovate anything. And when we checked out, don't be scammed the lady when we were checking in told us our parking is free and then all of a sudden we receive a bill at checkout for $302 for car parking and some extra fees that they charging you that they claim they were taxes. It's by far the worst experience I've ever had and I do travel a lot, but this is the first time last time with Hyatt.

Great trip and wonderful accommodations. Convenient to walk to many things and leave the car in the garage. Beach towels were easy to find in many locations. Would stay here again.

Hotel area is without the things to do, construction at the Marina. Not really any places left to eat since the hurricanes, Hotel was good, beach is across the street.

Great stay!

The room was fairly comfortable and very convenient to access the beach. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We would definitely book a stay again with the Hyatt.

The staff

Everything was very good… the housekeepers were cleaning the room every day and were stocking the fridge with water….. The people from the front desk welcome us with complementary champaign which was very nice Pool is great too

Easy access to Beach

Staff was very friendly. The on site restaurant was very good. The room was good, I feel the mattress may have needed upgraded. The pool area was nice and they went out of their way to make sure you had water or drinks. It's a nice place.
