Etat de la chambre pas terrible plafond très abîmé,1 tringle rideau tombé du plafond, couette du lit pas assez épaisse froid dans la nuit petit déjeuner manque d oeuf brouille bacon ....

To call this a 4* hotel is laughable. It says it quite clearly on the front. The room - blackout curtains - no way. The room was so bright from the neon lights from the neighbouring industrial site, I could not sleep. The pullows were super thin. When I asked for 2 more for my son and I, they told me they only had one spare hahaha - in the whole hole;. Shocking. We went to drink some water from the glass provided in the room - both had not been cleaned and had some dried drink in it. They did not change our towels when they changed our sheets. The room and whole hotel need serious upgrading and renovation. They said they have a jacuzzi - it’s an inflatable one you can get in a supermarket. It also does not work, had no water and was empty. They said they had a spa, this was never open. They said they had a sauna. This was broken They said they had a gym. Nearly all the equipment was broken, missing or not cleaned. They said they had a pool. First they said they couldn’t use it. Then after pouring in a lot of chlorine let my child and I in after 10 minutes. Surely this is not safe. Again this was another example of poor facilities, service and attention to detail. Mainly I’m annoyed with the false advertising, and to be fair the staff were nice.

The Hotel has a good potential but rooms are old style and service should be improved

Première assignation dans une chambre où la section salle de bain avec bain-douche vitrée avait été rénovée, mais où la toilette était défectueuse. (Dans cette chambre, il y avait une machine pour le café.) Ne pouvant pas réparer la toilette, on nous assigne une nouvelle chambre. Cette fois-ci, la salle de bain n’est pas rénovée. C’est une chambre pour handicapés avec douche. Au sol, il y a un rebord métallique dangereux. Nous avons aussi un rideau de douche douteux qui nous colle sur le corps. Cette fois, nous n’avons pas accès à une machine à café. (Nous avons une bouilloire). Décevant pour un établissement 4 étoiles.

Déçue de ce « 4 étoiles » Je séjourne dans des 3 étoiles beaucoup mieux équipés . Salle de bain plus que basique sans équipements et avec douche très peu pratique et en mauvais état . Sans miroir de maquillage . Chambre sans aucun charme. Avec prise qui ne fonctionne pas . Décevant et ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles

It's misleading to call this a 4 *, it was decent enough but the condition and the size of bedroom and especially, bathrooms, was not of 4* expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

Nous avons loué 4 chambres et prévenu que nous avions une cérémonie de mariage Mais la personne au téléphone n’a pas voulu en tenir compte pour organiser le ménage différemment ! Du coup la famille a dû ce changé sur un parking et n’a pue avoir leur chambre que tard dans la nuit ! Merci à vous c’était vraiment une super journée ! De plus quand je suis arrivé j’ai dû attendre car à 15 h la chambre n’était toujours pas prête ! Le ménage a été fait à la vas vite Des cheveux dans la douche , le lavabo bouché ,le verrouillage de la porte fenêtre Hs , des taches sur les murs……… bref une très mauvaise expérience et qui sera la dernière

We arrived 1:30am and the Gentleman who checked us in was really very kind and efficient. Room is very nice.

For a four star hotel it was disappointing, the room was quite small, it had a nice balcony, but it was overlooking the industrial estate, I should have checked before I booked.

We took a room with balcony view on the pool The hotel is quiet and nice Note that electric car have dedicated places to charge (we used it) We recomand !

The parking at back of the hotel, short walk to check-in. Room had coffeemachine, Nespresso style. Shower okay. Restaurant price/quality good. Menu good. Pleasant staff. Glass of wine too expensive, better take a bottle when more then one glass.

Good stay, they speak English and inside everyone wears masks due to covid-19
