Location. Staff was wonderful.

This property was super convenient. We were in Bourdeaux for one night and wanted to be close to the train station. The staff was super helpful and the public transportation made it super easy to get in and out of town. I would recommend to anyone. Looking for a quick stop in Bordeaux.

Hotel cancelled my reservation close to my reservation date which leaves me no choice but to stay in their related Hotel Eliseo suposedly under samecterms .However,, my booking for superior room with 1 queen and 1 single becomes just triple room with 3csingle beds and worst was a bathtub room. Room was changed on next day after i requested for walk in shower and was given a handicapped room . The toilet was sanitized with strong vinegar which was really unbearable. I would like to suggest that hotel should inform guests well in advance to enable the guest to make alternative booking.

Lovely hotel with great rooms (large) free WiFi and an excellent location for walking to the Lourdes grotto and Basilica. Only issue is parking. Onsite parking is 27€ per day at the hotel, however free overnight parking available in the public parking opposite the hotel. A recommended stay for those visiting Lourdes

The Hotel felt cozy and welcoming. The staff is very friendly. My husband and I will definitely return to this place.

Room is missing lots of facilities

Nice riverfront location away from the hustle and bustle of "downtown" Lourdes yet easily walkable to the domaine of the shrine. Nice, homey French dining in the dining room. Very friendly and accommodating staff, very reasonably priced. Good, well-lighted stairway for when the elevators are busy (which they rarely were). Modestly appointed rooms are efficient and comfortable but not luxurious or spacious. Don't come here to spend a lot of time in your room, but that's probably not why you come to Lourdes.

Have stayed in this hotel a few times over the last twenty years and have found the whole experience to be excellent. Cannot be faulted.

Pleasant stay. Good breakfast. Parking on site - both additional cost. Room was on upper floor with a window balcony and a view. Easy access to centre

Good hotel friendly staff

This was our second stay at the Hotel Alba. Just like last time, the staff were polite, helpful & knowledgeable; the room and public spaces were very clean & modern. We considered it to be good value for money. The Maitre d and his restaurant team were very efficient, friendly & professional, however we did find that the meals were a bit under par compared with our previous experience. There are no drink making facilities in the room, so having learned from our last stay we took a travel kettle & tea & coffee. Overall we’d whole heartedly recommend the Hotel Alba as a great place to stay in Lourdes.

Clean and staff are nice

Good location, clean and quite hotel
