Bathroom small.

Friendly staff

Ravenna is a hidden gem Hotel Roma is within walking distance of all attractions.

Breakfast was good but cold bacon and eggs!

The accommodations were fairly clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were run down. I had to switch rooms because the electrical panel shorted out. The area looked abit sketchy at first but was ok once you walked around abit. It is within walking distances of all of the sights and the bus/trains.

Did the job as we were only there to get a cruise the next day, staff helpful and nice breakfast provided in the morning

Old needed up dating. Shower was very small.

This is a true “mom & pop” property. Some parts haven’t been “updated” but that lends to the charm of the property. It has character and is safe & clean.

You get what you pay for I suppose but I think they can still do better. The room had peeling paint everywhere and drain flies. The walls are very thin and people must have been smoking inside. On a positive note, the bed was clean and a place to rest my head which is about what I expected. The staff were kind. Overall it did the job but I would probably try to find another place next time.

Very close walk to the train station and old city. Lots of food options close by. Great service at breakfast. Good hotel for cruisers before embarkation.

The hotel is super close to the train station (about a 3-5 minute walk) and easy walking distance from the center of Ravenna. Staff was very kind and accommodating, breakfast was varied and delicious (with free cappuccino!) and everything in the room was up to standard. Would totally stay here again

Shabby outdated property. not worth the 160eur per night, at all. Rip off. Simple lobby reception, scary elevator, old and poor maintenance room. No place to hang a towel in the bathroom, no toilet paper roll hanger, no toothbrush glass, step corner floor between the bathroom and the room (they added a wooden floor without leveling the edge, so your toes will always bump on it) Odd a/c very noisy, unusable. No winter blanket. One morning no-one woke up and breakfast service started after 7.30 with a bunch of people in a rush to exit for the trade show. It should cost 1/4 of its price and it requires urgent renovation.

I had to remind myself… it is just one night. Needs a complete renovation. I sat in the bed and a spring came out. When checking for the bed spring, the floor under bed was full of dust. Dirty walls and bathroom had chipping paint.

The Roma hotel is conveniently located to both the bus and train stations. I was also able to walk to all of the major tourist sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good. I had my best café Americano here made by Alejandro. My main reservation about this hotel is the fact that the bathroom is very small, even though I’m not an oversize person.

Everything was as expected except the bathroom which was too small to be functional. The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and very eager to help us.

The location is excellent but the building, furnitures are old, needs some updating

Easy location near train. Easy for an overnight. Friendly family run hotel.

The room was great. The only thing was the bathroom. It got wet a lot when you have a shower. The shower area needs to be covered with a screen.

I liked the location and the staff was helpful. I did not like the bathroom. It was small. Overall very good place.
