Extremely overpriced. Birds flying in the breakfast area and eating bread off the serving counter for guests. Absolutely disgusting and hard to believe this place passes an inspection. Air conditioning barely worked, if at all. Rooms were hot despite turning the AC on all night. Pool opens at 11am and closes at 8pm, so couldn’t go swimming before needing to check out in the morning. Everything about this place is cheap, and the breakfast experience was the worst I have ever seen in my 20 years of business travel.

Modern hotel with great pool overlooking the sea and a 5 minute walk from the old town. We accepted an upgrade to the 7th floor - the rooms have a fabulous view from the bed, full bath and separate shower. Breakfast also excellent

This hotel was ideally located to the seafront, the restaurants and close to the train station. Fantastic view from our ‘Junior’ Suite and great amenities in the room. The included breakfast was abundant with every tasty food you can imagine and in a spacious room with a view of the ocean. We left the extreme heat of Madrid and Seville for a comfortable ocean breeze. We will definitely be back….love this hotel and the excellent value for money with no hidden ridiculous typical resort fees.

Location right on the ocean, 5 mins walk to the old town center, 2 mins walk to the beach. Spacious room with all (potentially over designed) amenities. Modern and super clean.

a Parador, it's a good hotel. The room was comfortable, though a bit high tech, We had very good breakfasts, plenty of choice. Food in the dining room was OK, but the service there was so so - some staff friendly and helpful, others rather detached. Location is excellent with views out to sea and a convenient bus service to town.

The property has a great location, beautiful pool deck and bar area. The breakfast was amazing! Checking in and out was very slow. Wish the pool was heated!

An excellent hotel. Comfortable, quiet and we had a room with a spectacular view. Having a drink at the bar and watching the sunset was a treat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed during the only blackout since WW2. Lights and lifts were working. Wasn't their fault at all. Staff tried to cope but they started to wear thin after a few hours and food pretty much ran out of it was limited as to what the kitchen could cook. The building and position are amazing and the only 5-star in all Cadiz.

Lovely hotel and great staff. Ideally located for walking to places of interest and restaurants.

Don’t expect a true Parador hotel, more an airport- or Carnaval cruise-style atmosphere.

We like everything about the hotel and the city - the carnival burlesque and brightness of the carnival in the downtown and the quietness of the neighbourhood. The only regret is that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the ocean and explore the surrounding towns.

Lovely modern Hotel. Very spacious room with balcony and very clean. Lovely toiletries in both bathrooms. Restaurant definitely worth a visit, lovely food and good service. Only downside was the bar which resembled a canteen. Cold feel throughout, uncomfortable chairs and not welcoming compared to the rest of the hotel. Would still thoroughly recommend.
