Very responsive and helpful staff, comfortable bed, beautiful balcony and views over the hills, breakfasts were great, pool / garden area huge and very beautiful. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Gem

Stayed here for Benicassim festival and I would really recommend this hotel. Was very clean, staff were always cleaning the rooms. The breakfast in the morning had a huge amount of choice for everyone. The air-con in the room was not very powerful, but was ok and we went by the pool during the day when it was very warm. We did have an issue with the lock on the door and this was fixed instantly when we asked. Staff were really helpful apart from one staff member who was rude when I asked if he could translate a couple of words when I was trying to book a taxi through a Spanish app, as none of the phone numbers worked.

A good 3 star hotel but wouldn’t consider it a 4 star hotel.

As the title suggests you can bring your pet (and pay for the privilege) as long as it only stays in the room. You cannot take your pet to any outdoor space within the complex so cannot have a drink or dine outside with your pet. Disappointing. Another issue is the lifts. We waited 30 minutes after check in to get a lift to the room. Only 2 of the 3 lifts were in operation. When a lift did arrive, twice, it was occupied by staff who refused to allow guests to enter. Unbelievable.

Very helpful staff, most can speak some english. Clean hotel and wheelchair friendly. But is a distance from town

It is the end of April but already quite warm. Apparently the hotel doesn’t offer air conditioning until the summer. That makes it difficult to sleep in a very hot room. I opened the balcony door to let in colder air. Unfortunately either the hotel or someone nearby thinks it is appropriate to do construction until 1am. The big beautiful swimming pool is also not open until summer apparently. Would have been nice to know. Breakfast was good but since it was included and there are a lot of guests it is beyond chaotic. This hotel could be quite good but would not recommend during the spring.

Air con in our room never managed to get it below 27 degrees which was a bit of a challenge! But the location is perfect, staff are great and the pool area was well looked after.

Got there during terrible storm which wasn't helpful, but no free parking, terrible slow check in when we were soaking wet didn't endear me to the location. Lifts not working didnt help as well as poor bar area, serving no food!

The pool was closed for winter even though it is still hot. The air conditioning is shut off even though it is still hot.

My second stay in this hotel. First was very good. This time round had problems with the A/C. It gave off a horrible smell sometimes and it was not cooling well enough. Apart from that everything else was OK

Good place to stay if you are going to Rototom Reggae Sunsplash, close to the beach and to the festival area, close bus stop to the festival.

The hotel is good. Located in a goid area. Its clean and staff are nice and friendly. Its great for this attending Rototom Festival. I just wish they served more vegan friendly food. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend it and stay there again.

Staff was very pleasant upon arrival. Great pool area and private balcony. Stayed here for Rototom and it was a close 25-30 min walk from the festival.

Great hotel, well presented and clean, professionally run, with a friendly team. Facilities good and well maintained

The hotel was very nice and location was perfect. The staff was not friendly when we checked in. My relative drove into the parking lot just to show us where to park (we were following) and she had to pick up a parking ticket. When we went into the front desk, they charged her 6 eur for just driving in and out. She was approx 5 - 10 minutes in the lot. We thought that was extremely unfair. The gentlemen on staff was very rude. It was not a nice introduction to the hotel. The staff was very friend when we checked out the next day.

Was just ok. Stayed in way better 3 star hotels. Not worth the money
