The hotel room was nice. It would have been nice to have some forks and knives, etc. The bird poop on the stairs to our property was not cleaned the whole time we were there, so that was kinda gross. The majority of pool chairs had backs that didn't go up, so the few that did were always claimed. Why would you buy chairs like this? That really bummed us out. The food at the pool bar was great.

Very spacious apartment with a lovely terrace. Nice quiet complex with a great pool area...lots of sunbeds and space. Very green and pretty around the complex. There was a huge amount of choice for breakfast including an omelette station and local produce. All the food was replenished with no products going empty. Big restaurant with seating outside. The only small thing would be that the kitchen is a little big dated but was well equiped with kitchen utensils if you wanted to self cater.

Let's start with the good things. It is my second time on this hotel, and I don't like to repeat holidays, so that in itself speaks volumes about my first experience. This second time around was not too far from my expectations. The same fantastic swimming pool, same fantastic, quiet location. The staff of this hotel is excellent, communication is easy, they are very accomodating to your requests, it is a small, nice hotel with great people and I think they do a great job in keeping things simple. However, this time around the food was a hit and miss. Easily noticeable is the choice for lower quality ingredients in general. The grilled section is less than good. Fish quality very limited apart from one night with Tuna steak which was very good. The rest of the week was limited to Tilapia, Merluza and Pollock. You can argue it is varied, but it is a low end selection. The steaks were horrible, 50% fat on those steaks. The regional food served continues of good quality, although more staples from the fantastic Spanish cuisine could be served. Egg station on breakfast is annoying, only omelettes made on order. You cannot have fresh fried or scrambled eggs. I was particularly annoyed when the lady was frying the eggs fresh from the grill and refused to give one to me saying that I had to take from the eggs that were sitting in the shelve. I ate cold fried eggs the whole week. Quality of food will hurt the hotel in the long run if not remediated.

Great little hotel in a good spot for the beach and restaurants

All great with the exception of the air conditioning being too noisy and an unpleasant smell from the room.

A great 4 days for a family with children aged 4, 7, 9. We loved the food (great range) activities (tennis, bicycling, pool, beach, kids clubs etc…) and will be back. Thank you to the young woman who lead the kids clubs and kids disco as well as Amor on the reception desk; she was a great help.

Really lovely long weekend - good sized apartment cleaned to a very high standard and easy walk to local amenities/beaches. Staff were friendly and it’s great value for money. No complaints at all.

3rd time we've stayed here. Excellent as always

The property was clean and well kept but starting to show signs of wear and tear. The rooms were excellent and love the space within it. It was close to the beach and the marina. Would stay there again

We had a terrible experience with the reception staff, who we informed on different occasions that the shower in our room was unregulated and scalding water was coming out unexpectedly. Their first response was: we don't have any more rooms, I'm sorry, and then, when a technician came for the third time and managed to verify the problem, they lied to Expedia and said that we 1. had not let the technician in, 2. that they had us Offered from the first day room change. Added to this, one of their solutions was for us to shower in another room. Terrible, even more so when I was pregnant, which in addition to being uncomfortable was dangerous.

We liked the large pool, which was quieter than many hotels we’ve stayed at. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection, though it didn’t change much. Our room was good, the sofa bed was fantastic, with two large mattresses, perfect for our kids. The balcony was small without direct sunlight which we didn’t mind as it kept us cool during our summer visit. The bathroom was modern and appeared recently updated. The apartment kitchen was dated and cupboards smelled of mildew or mould, yuk. There was entertainment at the property which was ok, but that may be because it was towards the end of the season. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is great, really convenient for the beach and marina.

Great service every time, staff genuinely kind and friendly, efficient and helpful for all requests, reception, room cleaning, pool, restaurant, every one of them contributed to make our holidays amazing. Great swimming pool, not crowded, cool music, lots of shadow, no rush to save sunbeds. Room was very comfortable, all appliances working fine, air conditioning perfect. Would recommend and come come back!

Great hotel with very friendly staff.

We have just come back from a two week stay in a self-contained room at this hotel. It was super basic but fine for us, beds were comfortable which was important! The staff on reception were really helpful. The hotel location is good with a supermarket right opposite and at the back too. The pool was brilliant, nice and deep so great for kids diving and ball games mostly took place in the shallow end. We didn't see people putting towels down early, maybe a little towards the end of our stay when it got busier but hopefully the hotel discourages this. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on this, but all the restaurants nearby in a lovely harbour, are decent. My only negative, which has nothing to do with the hotel (!) is the amount of rubbish everywhere, especially the beaches, just such a shame.

Elegant and relaxing hotel, beautiful pool, plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Short walk to supermarket, harbour and beaches. It was ideal for all ages, myself, my mother over 70 and my child of 6. The staff were friendly, great service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my entire visit. The level of cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas was outstanding, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the things I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel was remarkably quiet, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. The included breakfast was a delightful bonus - a great start to each day. The proximity to both beaches within walking distance was incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a supermarket nearby was a huge plus. The fact that there was free parking available everywhere was a fantastic added benefit. I initially stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, but I'm already looking forward to an extended stay of at least 10 more days in the near future. That's how much I enjoyed my time here!

This property had a great pool and although furnished simply it was very clean and the staff were so helpful. We had a better than expected stay here, we normally go 4 or 5 star so we expected much less from a 3 star but actually it was as good as some 4 star hotels we have stayed in. I would consider going back. The one downside was the food though, what there was was very nice but the selection was not huge. I would not go all inclusive as there are so many nice restaurants close by at the marina.
