Great hotel stunning views from the balcony

Great sea view, clean hotel, comfy bed and excellent shower. Take your mosquito spray. My husband suffers bad with insect bites. We had the window open and he got bit a lot. Not the hotels fault but don’t forget your spray. Fab hotel excellent value and location. Would definitely stay again. We didn’t use the bar but it looks great with lovely sea view.

Excellent hotel with great views. The only downside is although they advertise air conditioning which is very important to me, what they don’t tell you it is not activated until a certain temperature is reached. If I’d known that I would have booked elsewhere. The rooms were incredibly hot and we had to leave the windows open to cool the room down which took an age and wasn’t very effective.

Staff were all very helpful , friendly and professional. Rooms were outstanding the housekeeping was immaculate . One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in in Benidorm. There is a balcony / conservatory which has wonderful sea views . The rooms were quiet and the sound of the waves lapping the shore all night made it dreamy . The food was outstanding! Excellent choice and of extremely good quality . We would say that the pool be a little dated but still enjoyed it. Nice few bars on the way back but the best place for an evening drink was on the hotel terrace which offered an excellent choice with really friendly and above all happy staff. This hotel was a great find and we are already looking to go back assp . A big thank you to the wonderful staff !!

Clean room, wonderful views! Fantastic powerful shower. Fridge was a bonus in our room. Majority of staff were lovely & friendly. Pool area was good, sunloungers in good condition. WiFi was ok. Was disappointed with the lack of choice of bar food & snacks. (Especially because we had to wait two hours to check in so could’ve done with a decent snack as we’d not eaten all day but they only offered a toasted sandwich of ham & cheese which was very anaemic, barely toasted and had no flavour, was very dry!)

Staff were very very nice and nothing was too much trouble. Room was ok, shower and toilet doors were a bit of a bad design (all glass and runners not very good) Good was acceptable for what we paid and was fair amount of choice, no gluten free bread or cakes. Limited desserts. None of the above was a problem I'm just being honest and would stay again if on similar budget.

Excellent hotel and location at this price point, have stayed before and will stay again. Doesn't have the 'bells and whistles' of some other hotels, but is clean and friendly. Our only fault was the 'heated pool' is cold - but to be fair we did visit out of the peak season (but the pool was supposed to be warm even at this time). Certainly not a deal breaker for us though.

The hotel is quietly tucked away in the corner of the sea front, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean, with daily house keeping. The air conditioning in the rooms is fantastic. Shower is powerful. Sea view “balcony” is actually enclosed within the room with wide opening sliding windows. Personally I would prefer an actual balcony, but wonderful views still the same. The only thing I think the hotel could offer additionally in the rooms is a kettle/ tea-coffee maker. Reception staff were all friendly and helpful.
