My wedding band that I have now had for 15 years was unequivocally stolen from my room. I always take my ring off at night and place on my bedside table. The safe was not working in the room. I unfortunately forgot to put on my ring as we headed down to breakfast and then ultimately afterwards decided to walk over to the beach and swim. I remember feeling uncomfortable that I did not have my ring on but nevertheless have an expectation that it not be taken either from this “4 star resort”. Later on that afternoon when we got back to the room housekeeping had been there and my ring was no longer where I left it. I searched the room to no avail. The hotel said that they would check the cameras from outside of the room but that obviously this would not reveal the culprit as there are no cameras in the room. I received an email from them a day or two later after calling multiple times that had the subject line Lost Ring. My ring was not lost within my room. Clearly for 15 years I kept up with the ring that means so much to me. In retrospect I should have gone back to my room. The hotel in their email showed that at 12:26pm the housekeepers were in the room. I am furious at myself for not going back to my room after breakfast. Unfortunately you cannot go back in time because if I did I would not have booked at this second rate hotel to begin with. If you decide to stay at this hotel make sure you place anything of value in a functional safe. Good luck.

Great place

Amazing huge pool - great for kids. Some kids club activities at night to get a beak. Pals is a nice town with good restaurants and nice beach. Hotel has nice breakfast and is generally helpful. I did not play golf but it looked nice and pretty casual.

Good hotel and amenities but looks dated.. not too convenient to shop or dine outside.. pricey for what you get.. good service and food in buffet/bar.

The hotel was nice and the staff were helpful. We booked this for a few days in October half term and checked the website and Expedia information. It did not mention that not only was there only one place to eat in the hotel, the majority of the immediate area was “closed” and out of season. As this was a short trip, we were specifically looking for somewhere where we didn’t have to travel far. This was not made clear on the website prior to booking and we were therefore a bit surprised and disappointed

When they started it must have been great. But now the carpet on every floor looks terrible. Also in the elevator there are parts missing and unpainted. In general it would need an update. Regarding the opening times of the restaurant in the morning and evening: Be more strickt at the time. 19:45 is 19:45 and for us from Northern Europe that is late and we just want to eat. Same at breakfast. just open the dor at the correct time. You can walk around but should not be necessary. For the rest the staff do their best but it needs a renovation.

If you're a young family with small kids, this is the place for you. They will love the pool area. If you're a more mature traveler that expects comfort and service, you will be frustrated. Our room, although large, was really bare -- white walls, no art, and hard surfaces. We went to the pool for drinks and lunch and the service was downright awful due to seemingly inexperienced staff. The breakfast buffet was good.

Situation was ideal to explore surrounding area. Hotel is a little tired and some of the staff unfriendly.

Great place for a family with good outdoor facilities and next to the beach

Beautiful place to spend with family on the beach. Resort is just along the beach. Staff has been very cooperative. Amenities st the resort were Very good

It's quite a nice resort with beach access & nice pool. Staff are also very helpful & friendly. When we checked-in, we found that our suite was quite dark, so I requested to change to the suite with the pool view. Juliana was very helpful & nice, she made the change for us. We had a very pleasant stay. Except the the housekeeping should not replace the bed sheet with horrible stains. That bedding should not be used any more.

Nice, well kept property perfect for families with children. Beautiful swimming pools, beautiful beach with plenty of water activities. Breakfast was superb! Restaurant menu was great as well.

Good hotel in wonderfull location 5 minutes walking to the beach.

We stayed in this hotel for a three night break before a friend's wedding in a neighbouring town. The pool, the staff and the food were 5* no question but the hotel building itself is in need of some attention. The rooms are tastefully but cheaply decorated with plastic skirting board held on by duct tape in places and although it was meticulously clean the wear and tear was not only evident but stood out in stark contrast to the luxury of the pool and bar areas. A comfortable stay and we would definitely go again but money needs to be spent bringing the rooms in line with the rest of the hotel.

Un peu déçu, l’hôtel est magnifique ça on ne peut l’enlever le cadre est franchement sympa, cependant j’ai demandé une chambre avec un lit double, j’ai eu deux lits simples, pas pratique à deux les lits se séparaient, la baignoire dans la salle de bain avait le fond jaunâtre, nous avons dîné deux fois au restaurant de l’hôtel et sommes tous les deux tombés malades (vomissements toute la nuit et mal au ventre pendant deux jours), également on nous demande de faire un premier paiement en ligne et au final l’hôtel ne prend pas en compte ce paiement ce que je ne comprend pas et enfin malgré la pancarte en 5 langues indiquant « NE PAS DÉRANGER » les femmes de ménage entrent à 9h en parlant fort alors que nous dormions.

Cet hotel est sans aucun doute le plus beau ou nous avons séjourné...La chambre, la literie, la salle de bain tout est parfait.Le repas en demi pension avec barbecue le soir au bord de la piscine est tout simplement exeptionnel...Nous retournerons dès que nous pourrons dans cet établissement.

Beau et bon séjour. Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables. Le personnel est extra, sympathique à l’écoute. je remercie particulièrement le jeune homme qui fait les omelettes le matin il m’a régalée ☺️. Je remercie également le personnel de ménage pour leur discrétion et efficacité L’accueil à l’arrivée a été de qualité également Franchement rien à redire. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent. La proximité de la plage. Une belle et grande piscine très bien entretenue. Le seul bémol ce sont les portes qui claquent peut être mettre un ralentisseur pour palier au manque de respect de certains clients. Merci pour ce bon séjour ☺️
