lovely location and excellent staff. Dinner in the evening was fantastic quality and location was gourgeous.

Although the hotel is slightly dated. It is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and the breakfast was excellent.

Lovely property with a fantastic restaurant. Maybe a smidgen dated in places and the wifi in the rooms isn’t the best but that’s a minor gripe (I think the positioned the access points wrongly!).

Excellent customer service. Waiters went over and above with our little girl. Even cut her food up for her - superb! Children menu was excellent. A great stay. Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful hotel and with an excellent restaurant ! Not cheap but worth every penny. The owner and staff were kindness and charm personified. Unfortunately we only spent one night because we were making our way home since I had not been well but they were so helpful.....

After arduous road trip arrived sortly before 2100 hours.hungry and tired. Informed in curt manner that hotel restaurant and bar were closed on Mondays. No snacks or ddrink available. Told to drive into town to hotel owned restaurant. For a hotel promoting itself ad 4 star they were neither service minded or competent. Superior double room was anything but/ Would not recommend

Magnificent hotel and nice area. The restaurant is wonderful.

After a long drive we were made very welcome by the staff. We have two Standard Poodles (grand canisch) who were also made welcome. The hotel setting was beautiful in it's own grounds with walks around also. The hotel had a boutique feel with a champignons feature and the food was superb!

Excellent in every way. Lots of home grown ingredients and superb restaurant. The most undulating tennis courts I've ever seen but good for a laugh.

One night stop over on way to Ferry at Caen, at end of 10 days in Vendee. Chose this hotel for location near ferry port but with good restaurant and reputation. Restaurant was excellent but expensive, hotel in delightful setting in woodland but well outside Bagnoles, so no easy access to town. Swimmming pool area (advertised as indoor and outdoor pools,) faded and dated and in need of refurbishment.

Top class service all round. Perfect for a quiet get-away, especially for couples.

great get away hotel, we had the private rooms on a seperate wing, they were great and very romantic. Pool was lovely, could do with a a few more dsunbeds. Only downsides were the free wifi didnt work in the bedroom and breakfast at 17 euros was steep for what you could have. but the town and the surroundings were in the prettiest town i have ever been to.

Front desk rude, maybe because we were Americans.. Gave us the very last room at the end of hotel. Bathroom had dead flies. No air conditioner..

The hotel was stunning but in the end people make the difference. In this venue the manager was the difference! She could not do enough... Would definitely go back.

Our room was a single, masquerading as a double. The cupboard space was tiny. The tunnel to the pool is depressing. The restaurant is extremely expensive.

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary - not something we mentioned until we were leaving. The meal was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere very friendly. The staff were attentive and helpful.

Certains endroits,mériterais un rafraîchissement, voir rénovation. Personnel très bien, agréables, prévenants. Chambre agréable et propre. Balcon vétuste, avec jardinières à repeindre et mauvaises herbes.
