Great hotel located in a prime location. Wifi worked really well, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the room had air conditioning! Perfect for the middle of summer. The only thing I would say is that the breakfast is a few small, prepackaged croissants which aren't that great and coffee. But if it's included, it's nothing to complain about!

Great location and clean room. Breakfast was very basic but does the job in a rush.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. Not much to report really, I would best equate this to a decent hostel. Everything was quite basic but did the job from a price/value/location perspective. You aren't going to be staying here on your honeymoon.

Location is not near anything. There are a few dining options around this hotel and most, if not everything closes down around 8pm. Hotel is quite okay. They have 24 hr reception. Breakfast was alright.

Although difficult to find because there is no obvious street signs as it is on level 2, it is a nice, clean hotel. The room was very big, bed was comfortable, bathroom small but clean. Good location, 20 minute walk to Cathedral and main attractions, 2 minute walk to closest tram stop, 5 minute walk to lots of shops. Staff were friendly, unfortunately we missed breakfast so can not comment.

The hotel was very hard to find at night. There was no clear signs about the hotel. We only stayed overnight, the accommodation was very basic.

We had originally planned on staying in Hotel Atena for two nights once arriving in Italy so that we could adjust to the time change and continue our trip. Unfortunately our flight was delayed a day and we ended up only staying one night. The staff was very understanding and was willing to work with us so that we would only have to pay what was necessary due to our delay. Great staff, very helpful with requesting a cab.

Please note that the hotel is situated on the third floor. A small lift is available but you will struggle to find this hotel on foot in the dark. Taxi drivers do not know where it is, situated across the road from a branch of Deutche Bank

The hotel is nice and pretty close to attractions. The breakfast was a little small and some of the hotel staff were not helpful. Our room was quite small, but there are bigger ones.

Nothing special but a nice place to stay. We were on there for one night and the hotel served its purpose. You're a 15 minute walk down Corso Monforte and then Corso Vittorio Emanuele II to the Duomo and the heart of the city. The staff were nice and helpful when needing to print out our boarding passes. Breakfast is good as well, typical for the Italian hotels (yogurt, cappuccino, cereal, croissants). We got a good deal on the hotel so it was worth it.

We booked based on location and walk ease from the train station. The walk wasn't bad but the directions given made it next to impossible to find. It is NOT in a desirable area or location for tourist. No air conditioning or screens on the windows made our last night in Italy a complete nightmare. The walk to sites was a drag. The staff at the front desk was very nice. Having someone there 24 hours was good. Not recommended. Maybe for a business trip...nothing more.
