Very disappointed that the swimming pool is closed!

Loved the balcony, service was excellent. Very close to great hiking in Berdorf.

Nice and quiet and suitable for the dog as the forest is opposite could do with air conditioning and updating

Nice Hotel.

The hotel room had a classic aesthetic and was immaculately clean. While there are downsides to classic rooms (few plug sockets, no air conditioning) I appreciated the high ceilings and the space. The sauna in the basement was excellent, and the reduced hours were still generous. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is on a bus stop, so travelling around is easy (and free). I would encourage the hotel to consider a simpler food option for the evenings - perhaps a pizza oven to make use of the lovely terrace.

The staff here were lovely and welcoming, which made all the difference. I enjoyed my stay, and the views into the forest were very calming.

Lovely location, extremely helpful lady on front desk who spoke very good English. Beautiful spacious room with balcony. Just two disappointing issues, when using the shower the water would suddenly got dangerously hot; so much so it left a red scald mark on my chest for an hour, so I would suggest any children have a bath instead as their delicate skin may not recover so easily. The second issue was that the dining room was closing early the evening we stayed giving diners the only option of 6.30 dining which was too early for us so we went into town. I’m sure this must have been an exception to the rule being a Monday in early February. Particularly lovely touches with complimentary toiletries, fresh fruit, water, coffee machine and cereal bars.

This hotel is located just outside a small town and about 35 minute drive from Luxembourg City. It has aged some, and since we were there off season, had only a few employees around. We were disappointed that the pool was not warm, about 24 C, but the sauna and steam room were working well, evenings only. Dinner was great and breakfast was fine.

We stayed 1 evening in this wonderful hotel. On arrival we were greeted right away and were given some champagne. The front desk escorted us to our room and handed over "The Key". This hotel is old fashioned so the locks aren't electronic. The room was very spacious with a sitting area and a full size balcony. Everything was clean however there didn't seem to be any air conditioning. This was not an issue for us since it was a cool time of year. We had a room facing the road however it was really quiet. I noticed 1-2 cars drive by however this seems to be low season (mid sept) for this resort town. Breakfast was nice with a full spread and the attendant was pleasant to speak with. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again if we were to pass through Echternach again.

Nice grounds and very well maintained. Lovely dining rooms with good decor and differently decorated sitting areas for drinks which were cosy for couples or small or large groups. Creative and tasty dishes beautifully presented.

The room was fairly spacious, and the bathroom quite large. The wall mounted hair drying unit was definitely dated, loud, and the nozzle/handle got quite hot after using for 5-10 minutes. The breakfast and accompany service was very good. The pool and surrounding amenities (changing room, relaxation areas) were outstanding.

We had a grest reception by everyone at the hotel. Everything was very nice and clean. Breakfast had a lot of selections .

Great location to visit Echternach, Vianden, and Trier. The breakfast is excellent, staff very helpful. The room is spacious but its decoration needs an update. The room did not have air conditioner, not an issue for us because it was cooler in the evenings.

Friendly staff. Very nice pool. No irons available, can be done for a fee. Water pressure is very low so showering takes a while.
