Great space - clean, close to a bike rental place, restaurants, and the plaza de arts.

Quite a few restaurants are very close to the apartments, including good breakfast cafes and bakeries. Our favourites were the Japanese restaurant across the street (Sowu) and two breakfast places (Tinobu and La Pequeña Pastelería de Mamá).

We travelled as a family with a young child. Pros: - super friendly staff - good size of apartment - we liked the location, relaxed local area with many places to eat just downstairs. Super close to a shopping mall with a big Carrefour inside. Many playgrounds within walking distance. Easy transport to old town area. - a nice supply of utensils, cooking items in the apartment, with a big fridge freezer. - amazing communication with the staff. They have a WhatsApp account which you can ask anything. - self serviced laundry for a small charge - El Bar (hotel restaurant) has great food - AC equipped Cons: - the floor seems hard to maintain clean - out flat was facing the road, which can be noisy at night - a bit far from beach for our like Overall we had a really nice stay!

Very nice area close to evrything. The hotel bar and restaurant are pretty good.

Breakfast was great- excellent service. Room was a little dated but clean, comfortable and had many amenities. Location was by far the best part- so easy to navigate

Convenient location, apartment style suites and extremely personable and helpful staff makes ValenciaFlats an anmazing option for families looking to explore and enjoy everything Valencia has to offer. Javier, the overnight concierge, was amazing and we're so thankful for his friendliness and recommendations. He pointed us to the best paella ever which was a highlight for our family trip. The other staff was great too in helping us in our quest for authentic paella and how best to get around.

Alvaro at reception imediately made us feel welcome He shared alot of info and even gave us a bus pass someone had left to give us a few free bus rides. The room was big, well equipped and the attached restaurant had great food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Easy walking to the Arts and Science Museums. You can't go wrong

Staff was friendly and room were clean. However we had a little incident where our room was assigned to another family after we had already checked in

this place is great. its right near the arts and science center. the bed was very comfortable, the tub was nice. the kitchen had everything we needed like pots n pans, dishes, cooking utensils etc. the staff was very helpful. there is laundy on site 24/7. to the people who were saying the rooms needed an update - ok, the rooms were not brand new but they were clean with every single thing we needed. my wife and i would stay here again for sure.

Old,old,old.It was worst than any cheap old motel.Area loacation info,amenities and pictures of the property are super missleading.I dont want to pick on them, but the property SUCK!!! Nice friendly staff, good seating outside.But the rooms are just old.

Little in business are I think away from the center but this was one night stop over for us so it worked out well

Everything great

The apartment was very spacious, including the living room, dining area, and both bedrooms. Even the bathroom was quite large, though it was the only one in the flat. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent, and overall, for the price and the location, it was a great value. The flat is just a short walk from bus stops, the City of Arts and Sciences, and several bars and restaurants. Despite being a one-bathroom apartment, the comfort and size of the space made it an excellent choice for our group.

We were able to bike or walk everywhere from this location, it was great!
