Our room has a bed bug

Todo horrible, no recomendable.

Booked last minute. Good if you were looking for a three star hotel. Shower floods every time you use it. Amenities minimal and broken. No queen bed, just two single put next to each other together (so may as well book single). The room was clean but hotel very dated. Redeeming factors: location (super central) and helpful staff. Hard to say, but absolutely not worth the five star review or price point (at all). But definitely worth a three star if price was commensurate.

It was good, but no air con

The hotel neglected to respond to messages. The number listed on the site is out of service. Could not communicate that we would be late and needed special accommodations for late check in. Now I’m out here in the alley and can’t check in and get into the room I’ve paid for.

Very unique hotel. Loved the decor. Room was lovely but would have liked a wardrobe to put suitcases away. Bed was very comfortable but found it hard to sleep due to the noise from the road outside and the construction noise. Location was perfect only a short walk to gran via and Callao metro stop.

Best location to go around in Madrid. Most highlights were walkable. Lots of food options around to choose from.

booked a twin room two month ago. when arrived was cramped into a queue. size bed with my mum. I mean I'm 40 years old dude taking my 70 years old mum for a trip. the schmuck at the reception said he cannot do anything, hotel over booked. YUO HAD THE WHOLE MONTH!!!!! not yesterday??? then I asked the schmuck to give me at least extra sheets .. he said sure I'll do it and bring it to my hotel room. came back from dinner and guess what?? no sheets and no schmuck, apparently finishes work at midnight.l. hopefully this my experience will scare away couple of souls of staying there

Convenient location. Good value for our stay before our flight out of Madrid. (Family of four) Cafetería Dos Passos nearby is a nice diner for great breakfast.

This property was very unique indeed! It is like stepping into the Casablanca movie. It's Ralph Lauren meets safari, meets Caribbean island. The rooms are cozy, and if you don't want noise, don't reserve anything in the front with views. They even have room service that you'll want to eat in the fabulous lobby, because they have a bar and dining tables as well. The bed was comfy, there was a bath tub in my room! The customer service is excellent! I would definitely come back!

AC doesn’t work.. was very humid and hot throughout night.

Basic, but clean and well-situated, hotel room. No concerns at all. Able to check in/out on site now, friendly staff. Excellent value given central location just off Gran Via/Malasana neighbourhood.

The hotel is not bad but needs to be updated

The theming was so nice! We really enjoyed the room and balcony! Highly recommend as it was also pretty central!

The hotel lobby is unattractive and dingy. There was no railing for the entrance set of steps and the entrance with a ramp was closed and only accessible when leaving. The parking fee is extortionate and really tight with a small SUV. There is a cheaper parking on the left side before the hotel.
