Our dining experience was amazing. Chef Giordano was very attentive and professional. Our servers made our dinner enjoyable. I didn’t like the fact that there was nobody attending the lobby bar. They had to call somebody from the restaurant to serve us every time we needed a drink.

We enjoyed our stay here for one night and all of the staff members were incredibly helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and the restaurant was top notch and conveniently located on the second floor. We enjoyed the bountiful buffet breakfast and we were able to order latte macchiatos (two with soy milk) that were delicious. They did a great job offering gluten-free options at the restaurant and buffet breakfast. We would stay here again!

The first thing to say is "WOW", what a great place to stay - the entire place was beautiful and was such a perfect stop on our trip to Sicilia. The room was so nice and comfortable we didn't want to leave. The food was incredible and the staff was just over the top awesome !!! We are very picky when we travel about cleanliness, value and customer service - we were so pleased that everything was even better than advertised - we will absolutely stay here again when we get the chance !!!! Bellisimo !! Bella !! Perfetto !!

Great hotel

Loved my experience with the hotel. Got in late. They took my passport and handed me a key. I arrived late and looked tired. Next morning breakfast had ended sooner than anticipated but the staff quickly offered to let me take from the buffet and sit down. Giordano(the chef) got wind of what had happened and stepped in to make cappuccinos and a cheese platters and offered lots of advice on the area and the areas I would be visiting. I also briefly met the owner who owns the hotel and iGreco wine and olive oil. They gave me samples. They were friendly and welcoming which I have found some Italians are not so much. Overall just a great experience.

Wonderful brand new property with extremely friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing with. Custom omelettes and fresh carved prosciutto.

Great location just off the motorway/freeway and convenient. Room, was clean and great shower/bathroom for the size of the room. Staff were friendly and understanding with the recent events.

Clean and modern. Location was not the best and breakfast could have been better. WiFi was challenging as we constantly had to sign in.

The hotel is by far the most modern in town, and definitely caters to English speakers. The rooms, beds, and bathrooms are big by Italian standards, and are comparable to American hotels. The staff all speak English and were very helpful. Parking is free, and the hotel bar is open very late. Overall a great stay for a great price. Highly recommend if you're in Consenza.

Great hotel in the middle of Cosenza. Close all attractions but require a car. Clean rooms, very helpful staff and good breakfast.
