Located up hill across the suspension bridge from the SuperMorzine lift -about 10 minute easy walk. Hotel has all you need including a pool/jacuzzi/sauna. Staff are all very helpful and friendly -especially Penny the manager. Bar area also good for pre and post dinner drinks. Afternoon cake and the coffee/tea available to help yourself all day. Evening food is on the basic side but fine. There is a ski and boot room -but would recommend leaving In the hire shop if you hire them. Overall this hotel is reliable, nothing sparkling but and has everything you need for a pleasant stay I'd recommend staying here again.

Nice hotel but hot tub and sauna out of service for duration (4 nightd) which is unfair given the price reflected that facility. During breakfast the service was slow and dis-organised. Coffee cups or plates constantly running out and not being replaced fast enough. When issue pointed out to staff they weren't exactly hot footing it to resolve. But then they were all student age it seemed and don't realise that you demonstrate attentiveness as much as deliver it. Friendly enough though and food was good.

A Pleasant 3 star property about 800 yds from the Super Morzine lift. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Bathroom was a little small but bath towels, bath robes and slippers plus shampoo etc were all provided. Bed was a bit too firm for my liking. The T.V. only has 2 english speaking channels ( CNN and CNBC) which could do with being upgraded as there were a lot of English speaking guests. Breakfast was plentiful and decent. Dinner menu was good ( George was our waiter for much of our stay and was very attentive). Tea and coffee provided from 4 pm as well. The bar also opened around 4 until 11 ( thanks to Peter for keeping my stock of Heineken cold) There is a bus every 30 minutes that goes to the Pleney lift but only runs until 7.30 pm which is a bit of a pain as the property is up on the hill. So if you stay in town after 7.30 pm, your walking home. And even though its not really that far, it is an uphill walk. And if you are at the bottom of town, Taxis are non existent. My only problem was that we arrived at 1.45 pm. And the sign on the door basically said gone skiing, back at 4. The door was locked with no way of checking in. Our saving grace was Jed, the maintenance guy who arrived at about 3 pm. Realized that we were waiting and brought us in. Made us coffee and chatted to us about the area while we waited for someone to arrive. If you book through Expedia, contact them directly with your arrival time if it is between 10 am and 4 pm

We made a late booking for a short break and L’Hermine Blanche was available. It was perfectly adequate but we wouldn’t choose to return. Our main disappointment was the quality of the food, especially the dinner menu. Also, we booked for four nights but we were not made aware until we arrived that the staff’s day off was Wednesday and so we would have to eat out. There was no adjustment to our bill and having to walk back down into town was not welcomed after a tiring day on the slopes.
