Lovely small hotel, the pool was a delight and the rooms were well-furnished and clean. Staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating!

I will come back to this property. The breakfast was Great, however the diner was horrible and too expensive 25 Euros x person for baked chicken and vegetables. That’s my only complaint but the rest was Excellent

Cozy, clean hotel well connected to the center of Alicante. The rooms are small, so personally I missed in this hotel a place with comfortable sofas where you can sit and spend time with friends in the evening, for example on a rainy evening, especially when the local restaurants were already closed.

Rooms could do with better sound proof. The rooms facing the street are very noisy. The staff are amazing and the rooms are very clean!!! Free road parking close by. Not a lot of shops and restaurants in the area.

Very disappointed in the hotel. We stayed 2 night and complained that our room was full of ants. They came and cleaned. We then went out to eat and came back late and found more ants... Went down to breakfast and advised again about the any then the food was all cold so had to ask for it to be microwaved. Exactly the same thing happened the following morning. The room was also very loud, not only the traffic but all the Aircon for the building was right next to our room.... Lots of apologies but nothing else.......very disappointed.

This hotel has it all if you're travelling by car and do not prefer a central hotel: nice, modern and clean rooms, breakfast included in the room rate, a pool, big enough bathroom and kind staff at the reception. There is nothing we disliked. Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect - good breakfast in times of corona virus, clean rooms, huge balconies - to have a drink before going to bed, a comfortable bed, a swimming pool, nice staff. The hotel has a parking at a very low price of 6 euro but you can park at the street free of charge. Overall - very good value for money.

The hotel were brilliant. I was visiting Alicante for medical treatment. They really went above and beyond by finding me the idea room to make my stay stress free and easy. The hotel itself is in a nice area, felt very safe, easy access to the beach and plenty parking. Rooms are well presented, bathrooms beautiful and each with its own balcony and very efficient aircon. TV has a mixture of Spanish and British channels (BBC and ITV....and the variants of them). Would definitely stay again.

Walls are thin and all noise can be heard. I was woken at 2:50am by a couple on a hands free mobile call to someone else which lasted around 45mins. Sounded like they were in my room. If you stay here ask for upper floor at least then no noise from above. On my last day (Sunday) breakfast was from 8am. I had a flight to catch so turned up at 8am precisely and breakfast wasn't fully available even when I had to leave at 8:20am so paid for breakfast I didn't have on final day (bed & breakfast).

Cleanliness of bathroom and room was disappointing. Basic 3 star hotel. Room is functionally furnished without great comfort. Not even a box of tissues in the bedroom. Poor pillows. The bed linen was clean but hardly slept for 2 nights as the walls are paper thin and we could hear everything our neighbours were chatting about into the small hours. There are toiletries but they are very poor. I’d suggest taking your own shower gel. Upon arrival I found human faeces on the toilet lid !!!. Luckily we had sanitising wipes with us. The breakfast is ok - enough for most people but coffee from the machine tastes absolutely disgusting and every programme I tried produced the same sweet sickly liquid!!! I asked for a coffee to be made and was told I’d have to pay for it!!! But this was not the case. On arrival, receptionist informed me that the first night had already been charged to my credit card!! And had to pay the second night in advance! A bit sharp practice!! However, hotel is in a quiet residential suburb of Alicante and free parking in the street right outside hotel was not a problem. A number 22 bus across the street gave us a 15 minute trip to downtown Alicante for €1.45 each way. Buses every 20 minutes. Old town very much worth a visit especially the Santa Barbara castle.

Really nice stay. We got to the hotel by taxi and were welcomed by lovely reception staff, even at midnight! Room was nice if not a little small for a double bed and a baby. However, nice sized balcony made up for it. The real positives of this hotel are the staff. Will go out of their way to help you with whatever question you have, recommend restaurants, best mode of transport and help with keeping our baby entertained! Thank you so much for Diego and Omar. Food is good although as its a hotel restaurant, repetitive. But tasted nice. Thank you to Fran who was a brilliant, funny and professional waiter. The hotel is in a residential area and a 15 minute bus ride to Alicante city centre. Initially I thought this would be full of stags and hens, but is quite family oriented and as it's in a residents area, is very quiet. Ideal for our baby to sleep and for us to chill. Swimming pool was a little small but as most guests were out during the day, was never really too busy. The aqua gym classes were really good and a nice touch. Would recommend the hotel having baby/child as well as adult activities as it does get a little boring but the sun, quiet pool and beer made up for that. Would definitely stay here again and plan to in 2020
