Excellent location within a wooded area in the middle of the city, near a largeshopping centre. Breakfast was very good; but no toaster for toasting bread. Toilet smell in the bathroom, seeping into the room; but this seems to be a very common problem in many hotels in Turkiye; must be plumming design problem.

Pool ladder was broken not safe construction was ongoing in the hotel with dust entering our rooms because of this they offered us watermelons which are free of charge in breakfast stay away from this hotel we left early and got no compensation it’s a joke hotel do not be fooled by other reviews

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The room smelled like urine, and the carpets were filthy. The bed was rock hard — I woke up with back pain. The bathroom was unusable: the shower was broken, and there was no hot water. Breakfast was a complete disaster! They served stale salad, dried-out cheese, and cold tea. Everything felt careless and unappetizing. The receptionist Murat clearly has no clue about hospitality. When I was checking out, I told another guy at the front desk that room #123 was terrible, and he just laughed. This hotel somehow has 4 stars, but it doesn’t even deserve one. Absolutely do not stay here

Pretty Awful! There was nothing in the room to indicate any of the facilities, and not one of the staff spoke any English. So trying to ascertain anything about the hotel was very difficult. The halls were almost pitch black, the carpets frayed and dangerous underfoot. There were no plugs for the sink or bath. You had to request fresh toilet paper several times. The safe didn’t work, so the staff ‘lifted it out’ and replaced it. It wasn’t even secure. The pool had 4 broken loungers around it. The gym was never open when I went, and I couldn’t find out the times due to communication issues. I don’t usually leave reviews. But couldn’t not.

Have to book a taxi everywhere. Hotel OK, outside pool very hot weather good air con inside thankfully. Drinks and food very expensive.

The morning breakfast was EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING! But the parking situation was terrible--very stressful. And the wifi system did not work for our phones (it did work for my computer). The hotel location was also very hard to find, at the back of a complicated huge complex of buildings far away from any clear signs for the hotel.

It was difficult to find as you have to go onto the university campus. There was a horrible cheap perfume smell being pumped around the hotel, luckily not in the rooms. Room was ok, a bit tatty, could’ve been cleaner. Easy to park there. Staff not overly friendly. Breakfast was nice, great selection. Would only stay there again for the convenience of being in university grounds.

hotel’s lobby is renovated but rooms are in very bad condition, probably more than 50 years old. bathtub had cracks in it, toilet was dirty. and most disgraceful thing was the towel, i havent seen anything that bad not even in youth hostels. all the cotton was gone, see the picture. this place would not pass any health inspection from a european standard for sure and they shamelessly claim to have 4 stars. when we asked to get at least some clean towels; they asked us to wait until midnight because there was no personal to bring up. if we weren’t to tired and traveling early morning, we would definetely cancel and stay in other place. shall be avoided until there is a proper renovation done.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast and other meals were not as good as we expected. Slowest elevators I’ve ever seen.

I love the location. About a 8-10 minute walk from the city's metro stop. About a 10-12 minute walk from the Kucuk Park district.

This hotel is located inside the University campus, difficult to find with Hotel.com directions (google the hotel instead) dont bother calling as no one speaks English. its an ok hotel , just very tierd and a little smelly in the hallways. BASIC

I stayed here in October 2020 and enjoyed it but this time the pool was open and added so much more to experience

This hotel was chosen by us for it's location within the city of Izmir. We have stayed here before but before the pandemic. Breakfast was therefore just a basic Turkish breakfast. The hotel is dated but is kept clean and we were comfortable. We are sure that we will come back in the future.

Very helpfull, clean tidy good room, lovely bath but no plug.

Location was impossible to find. Service was shocking. Only one staff member who parked our car, checked us in and brought our luggage to the room. No one else there. Breakfast was shockingly bad. Absolutely horrendous. Building very old and bed not comfortable. We had 2 nights booked, but left after the first night as it was so bad.
