Bedroom and hotel is ok it’s nice , would like to add no tea or coffee was in my room had to ask every time while on my stay , coffee and tea mugs were not replaced in my room even though room was cleaned which is a normal procedure , but I’m not a complain person and I just got on asked for another cup every time and kept it going not end of the world

Friendly and accommodating staff, very good breakfast.

As always, staying at Golden Tulip in Cluj is a pleasure. The hotel manages to combine good facilities with nice and welcoming staff and good service.

It is not the first time I use this hotel. It always is a good experience.

Location is quiet but its quite far far from the center of city. Walk is also option for city sightseeing

You could not open the window without getting a handle from the front desk. AC was already shut off. Breakfast buffet was very good.

The hotel is a taxi ride into the old town, but the location was perfect for business and leisure. The staff are helpful, the rooms well-equipped, and the restaurant/breakfast excellent. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Cluj

This is a great hotel. We booked it last minute and managed to get a really good rate. The hotel is on a busy street with a great view. Do not worry as the windows isolate the sound really nice. Some reviewers complained it our room was quiet unless you opened the window. Speaking of the window, they are closed and you have to ask for a safety handle from the reception to open them. Rooms are nice and clean. Wife loved the music in the bathroom, that was a nice touch. The bathroom door is made of glass. I don't really like that, but as a couple it was OK. Rooms are decently sized, clean, New and modern. Beds are comfy. Bathroom amnesties are great. Tv is proper size. Didn't like the air heating /cooling as it was a bit too noise for me, but I'm not used to air conditioning or fans running. Breakfast was on the good side. Lots of choices for everyone. One of the best breakfasts buffets that I've seen in terms of variety. I was a bit dissapointed that the cut vegetables (tomatoes and cucumbers were a bit dehydrated, as they were cut too long in advance). Another thing that I did not like was the fact that the waiters started closing the buffet 10minutes before the actual closing time, while guests were still picking up stuff. 2 minutes before they were a bit on the pushy side with some guest. Maybe management can discuss this with them. In the Sunday when I parked there were plenty of free spots outside (20 or so). But I can understand how it might be crowded ocasional.

Lovely hotel. A little out of the city centre, but Uber is available and very reasonable. The breakfast is the best Ive had at any Hotel in Romania and the music in the bathroom adds a nice touch.

Good quality Hotel. I especially enjoyed the helpful nature of the staff. Breakfast was varied, plentiful and i personally liked the quality of it.

A clean and well-kept hotel..as a bit off-center but very easy to get to by taxi or Uber

This hotel was a great stay. the bed are beyond comfortable, room very clean, nice touch with bathroom music, staff is wonderful and would go above and beyond to help you. Breakfast in the morning was amazing selection. Only complaint I feel like the gym could be better but besides that everything was superb

This hotel is super comfortable and very clean. The service is excellent and the food in the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) is absolutely amazing! The location is not great, nothing around but you are in less then 10 minutes in the city center with taxi and Uber. There were some issues with the WiFi.

Nice, new business hotel. Room was quiet, comfortable and met our needs and expectations. Very delicious breakfast with a vast selection from eggs and cooked meats to makings for a salad. Only con it’s a 30-35 minute walk to the tourist sites. Not bad. We used Bolt a couple nights and it was only $5 or so. Highly recommend this hotel.
